Garibaldi Mexican Grill & Pizza

We’ve been coming to Stamford to work a week at a local school for twenty years. We found this place maybe 15 years ago. We stop every time we’re in town now and it never disappoints. Friendly staff and tasty food.

Ordered a burrito with rice & beans on the side for the first time from this place and NEVER AGAIN the tortilla was SOGGY felt like mush they put dried cooked beans with the rice which is a terrible idea 🤦🏻‍♂️ and when I grabbed the burrito it started breaking apart

I picked up some Chicken Quesadillas with rice and beans, and it was good. It may depend on your tastebuds, but if you want tasty and not to overwhelming with spices this is a good choice. Meal was a little expensive (but so is the rest of the world) but filling. There is space to eat inside if you need to. Colorful vibe. I didn't see a menu with a description of items that would've helped me with what to try. But overall, good vibe.

For me this is a cute place and reminds me of back home in California. The food is good every time I go. I added extra close up photo of the chicken enchilada to me it's cooked perfectly not hiding behind spice or sauce. Sauce is on the side in a cup. You may call it bland this is like food i grew up with. This is good food and I don't care for the negative reviews. I love the simple food and atmosphere and the people there. Bonus: they let me come back. ?
