The ice cream is really good but very overpriced for the amount you get. The employee scoops like it is coming out of their own paycheck

The ice cream is good, but the place is not clean and tidy. Last night we walked in, a young lady walked up to us chewing her food, literally wiped her mouth by her bare hands and proceeded to prepare our order without washing or even wiping her hands. I don’t know why I didn’t say something, but I don’t think I will return. I just threw away the ice cream.

Great service with a smile. Classic and interesting flavors worth a lick or two. Top quality ice cream from this small chain might as well be number one in the country. Our family will continue to buy here from many years to come.

The ice cream is fine. The atmosphere is almost nonexistent as there is no place to sit inside. The employees are mostly just broke teenagers trying to make a buck, but it is what it is. They get the job done, not with a smile on their face, but they get the job done.

Ice Cream was subpar at best, especially for the outrageous price of nearly 6 dollars a scoop. Employees were very nice, however, the manager seemed to have an issue with everything and everyone. Only real complaint here is about the people in charge and how they need to change up their attitude before they have no customers/employees left. I feel bad for those kids working there, being treated like that even though its most likely their first job while they are trying to juggle school and/or college.

I’ve been to other Gopher locations but not this one. I’ve had good experiences with them before. To see why we ended up at this Gopher, read my review of Ralph’s across the street. This Gopher was open as stated, and the two young men were very knowledgeable about the products, offered great customer service above and beyond expectations, and asked me if I wanted anything else. They weren’t in a rush to close and helped a few other customers who came in after us.

Love the soft serve dairy free chocolate casava. Beats most dairy free options for taste and creaminess.
