They sell a smallish selection fresh fish, but it's very fresh, very clean. Great staff.

while visiting relatives in stamford I purchased 1 pound of scallops the night before xmas to make bacon wrapped scallops for entrees for xmas dinner. three people ate the scallops (and nothing else) and within two hours all three (including myself) were nauseous. two of us threw up soon after, and none of us were able to eat the rest of the food that had been prepared that evening. xmas dinner, completely ruined thanks to this store. I will NEVER purchase anything from them ever again.

The best Fish and Seafood market in Stamford. Clean, family owned and operated, great selection and excellent service. They have some small sushi and cooked seafood dishes to go as well.

It’s very hard to give this place such a low rating, as the quality of service and seeing how hard employees worked was unforgettable. Obviously, they take their jobs seriously - unfortunately, the fish is just at an alarmingly low quality. It was slightly flaky, had pieces of hard fish in it, and overall was just not okay to eat. Pieces of it would get stuck in your teeth, and it was obnoxious to eat. However, the sushi they offer there is excellent, and I highly recommend it.

I’ve been here many times and stopped today for sushi late in the day. They were sold out of sushi but we purchased prepared the halibut dinners that were delicious for $15. There were others options. Vegetable and dumplings were included. I plan to find out if this is a nightly thing or just my lucky day. The market is very clean and the owners and staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable

Over the last 6+ months I’ve been regularly going to High Ridge Fish Market for their fresh sushi, especially the poke bowls for a quick lunch. Each time, they’re incredibly fresh and delicious. If one isn’t out, they kindly and promptly make one for me. Since it’s been so delicious I recently ordered a sushi party tray - it was the hit of our family event, and at a great price. I was floored at how quickly it was eaten up. Everyone asked where I got it. Don’t miss out and get over there!

I was craving sushi and when I used Yelp to search, High Ridge Fish Market came up so I gave them a try and it was excellent. The already made sushi was running low in stock so they made me a fresh one. Friendly staff, from the looking, I think it's a family run which is really good. I love to support family business. The store is so nice and clean. I will have to come back again for fresh fish and seafood. Highly recommend.

I've lived around the world and this cozy family run business takes it up there with some of the best fish markets in even the most prestigious cities.The family that runs this market is lovely! You can tell they really care, from the quality of their goods strait through to how friendly and helpful they are.Any fish I get from them is always impeccably fresh, the sushi they make is from unequaled quality and perfected recipes. There cooked food and rice bowls are delicious and fairly priced, as with everything. It takes me 20 minutes to get to there store and even if it was double that, I would still choose to support them.I guarantee if you make the trip to them, you will be going back for more. I hope this place is around for a long long time!
