I have passed by this place dozens of times and last night my go to Chinese takeout was closed on Monday. Typed in Chinese food nearby and took my chances. It was so pleasantly surprised because not only was the food outstanding but extremely reasonable. I was born in Hong Kong and never would I have thought to be able to find truly authentic, quality, Hong Kong Cantonese style cuisine here in the middle of Stamford.

I asked for a classic Hong Kong dish, 乾炒牛河 (pronounced roughly ‘gone chow niau haw’ - probably corresponds to “stir fried beef wide rice noodle” and the chef whipped it right up literally to standard of how I grew up eating it. The beef was so tender, veggies cooked to perfection...

I order from this restaurant for 10 years and they have always been very efficient and their deliveries are super fast. The food is excelent. I will continue to order from Hong Kong for the time being. Excelent!!
