We have been to Hudson Table twice - once for a chef competition and we liked it so much we booked the whole space for a party. It was such an incredible experience to be up front with the chefs, asking questions, watching them work. It was also great to hear about their thought process and to taste as they cooked their dishes! I felt like we were on a TV show! The food was also incredible! Bites that you will never eat again but were created just for that specific event. The staff was engaging and very fun as well. We'll remember this for a long time and we recommend to anyone we meet!

Absolute amazing date night experience. Bryan was an incredible leader, and the rest of the staff was super helpful, attentive and fun. The food was delicious and definitely felt like we could replicate the meal at home - even the mousse!

I recently celebrated my birthday at Hudson Table with a private cooking class party, and it was truly one of the most memorable experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the staff—Brian, Zoe, and Michelle—were absolutely phenomenal.
They treated my friends, family, and me with such warmth, kindness, and care. We felt so welcomed and at ease the entire time. Brian, our lead chef, was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also patient, funny, and down-to-earth. He guided us through every step of the process as we made everything from appetizers to three different handmade pasta dishes and dessert, all from scratch! Making fresh pasta together was such a fun and unique experience, and something none of us will forget.
Zoe went above and beyond to make the atmosphere perfect. she made sure the playlist I requested was playing throughout the event, which added such a personal touch. Michelle was also amazing, so thorough and supportive as we navigated the recipes, and just as kind and patient as the rest of the team.
I truly can’t say enough good things about this place. If you’re considering a cooking class party for a birthday or any special occasion, Hudson Table is the place to go. It’s fun, interactive, delicious, and made even better by the incredible people who work there. I’m already thinking about when I can go back!🩷🩷🩷

We recently hosted a team-building outing for 20 people at Hudson Table in Stamford, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! We participated in a private chef competition, and every single person in our group loved it. The night was filled with energy, laughter, and amazing food.
The competition was not only fun and engaging but also a great way to bond as a team. The staff went above and beyond—super friendly, personable, and made everyone feel right at home. The food we prepared (and ate!) was outstanding—easily one of the highlights of the evening.
It was such a memorable night that we’re already planning our next event there. Hudson Table is definitely a repeat for us!
