Had a terrible experience went for my brothers birthday Friday night for the chef competition and it was a complete waste they had one decent chef we paid $150 for the event and were served critically raw chicken for our main course and was brushed off when they decided to remake the plate becuase it cut into the time for his next dish it was completely rushed and absolute garbage he took sides that were sitting out under his prep table and tossed onto the plate with the chicken he cut in half and charred.
Update 1/22/26 : Hudson table owner I reached out to your email and have yet to be assisted by one of your team members it’s now going on to two weeks since I reached out.

I went here on a brunch date & highly recommend! The music they had playing in the background was great, as they had something for everyone! The chefs (and sous chefs) were all wonderful and extremely creative. The staff members were all so tentative. Most importantly, the entire experience was SO MUCH FUN and each dish was delicious and presented beautifully!!! We can’t wait to come back soon! After 3 entertaining courses, we definitely left satisfied, with leftovers too. If you enjoy watching cooking shows and eating, this is the perfect place for you to be!

Fantastic date night. 10/10 recommend. Chefs Christina, Eric, Chris, and Elion were welcoming and interactive. ALL courses were delicious. The mystery basket of ingredients was fun and chefs were innovative. They've got ~40 min to prep 1st course, 35 for 2nd, and 25 to finish the 3rd (dessert). Recommend sitting at the counter rather than a table- however, you it's encouraged to get up and walk around while the chefs are cooking to watch and talk to them or other guests.

Let me just say: I messed up. I messed up BIG. 😅
For the holidays, I wanted to surprise my husband with something fun and different. Naturally, I thought, What’s better than eating, drinking, and judging other people while they cook? So I booked what I thought was a Hot Tables–style cooking competition, very “Chopped,” very TV-judge energy.
We arrived… only to discover I booked the cooking class instead. Across the way.
Cue my husband: “Oh God… I have to cook now too?” 😂
To his credit, he was a total champ and decided—right there on the spot—to roll with it and make the best of it. And honestly? Best mistake ever.
Everyone was incredibly friendly, the ingredients were super fresh, and the whole vibe was fun and welcoming. The teamwork was great, the food turned out amazing, and the wine started flowing by the end of the night (as it should 🍷). The staff was phenomenal—there when you needed them, hands-off when you didn’t, zero judgment, just good food, good drinks, and a new skill unlocked.
We laughed, we cooked, we ate very well—and had an absolute blast.
Highly recommend this for a date night or a group of friends. We’ll definitely be back…
Maybe next time I’ll actually book the competition 😄

Had an incredible experience last night at the chef battle. I’m a huge fan of cooking shows, and this was just like being a judge! I went with my husband and two friends and sat at the counter, inches away from the stove of one of the chefs. The vibe was so lively, the chefs were talented, and the service was great. I had the best time and can’t wait to go again. Thank you!

I had my baby shower here and have had nothing but rave reviews from guests! We did the brunch cooking class with an adorable mimosa bar add on. The class was well paced and the food was accessible but able to be elevated for those who cook a lot! The whole team was fantastic and were super smooth to deal with for a private event. Pricing was very fair and on par with where a sit down brunch would price out for a shower, but an activity like this was so much better (and avoids the inevitable baby shower games….)!!! Class sizes are limited to 24 but they can accommodate more in their chef competition styles.

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner at Hudson table Stamford and I am so glad we did it here. From the service, food, to the atmosphere everything was absolutely amazing. Even planning with Anna and team was seamless and they were so easy to communicate with! All our guests were raving about the food and vibes. Highly recommend having your private party here.

I booked the pasta-making cooking class for a corporate event with approximately 20 people, and Hudson Table was a fantastic experience. The activity was not only engaging and fun, but also a great opportunity for team members to get to know one another better.
The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Everything was prepped and arranged before we arrived, and the staff guided us through each step of the cooking process. They also walked around throughout the evening to answer any questions or offer help as needed.
I would highly recommend this restaurant for any group looking to enjoy a memorable and interactive experience together.

Went to Hudson Table for a work offsite event with 8 people. Everything was very well organized (pre-prepped stations) and set up for a fun and fabulous evening (cocktails flowing, intimate space but plenty of room). Facility is beautiful with high-end cooking appliances (new sharp knives, le creuset pots etc), team was fabulous, can't wait to come back.
Thank you for a wonderful evening!
