I heard good things about the place but it was not as good with my expectations. Food was ok. Avacdo toast and they forgot to serve one item came with it. I felt pancakes little dry side. They took the order for Apple juice, water they did not serve Apple juice and after waiting when asked they said do not have any more. Maybe I went with high expectations.

I am so so so so disappointed with how this location has literally crashed and burned into “I don’t care, here’s garbage” mentality.
First time in ages, I went and it was pretty damn bad but busy so I try to give it the benefit of the doubt since it had been quite some time. However, on my come back and try again visit, it was even worse than the first comeback.
Our waiter barely looked at us and asked if we were ready to order before we even asked for our drink drinks and only having the menu in our hand for under three minutes. He then proceeded to ignore us for quite some time when we were ready to order.
I ordered the breakfast tacos, and my fellow diners ordered the farmhouse special And breakfast sampler. All food was lukewarm with my tacos missing the queso. When I asked for the queso, and mentioned lukewarm food - it was not taken back. I looked down to then see a slurry of egg shells within my eggs.
What bother bothered me the most is when I told the waiter that there were eggshells and showed him he said: “from here?”. No, I carry egg coverage shell bits in my pocket….
He then takes the food. No apologies nothing. And when we say just to remove it completely, once again, no apologies and no asking if I’d like something else. The coffee had grinds all in the bottom of the cup….
He then also forgot to take it off the check until somebody mentioned it.
This place used to be such a staple for my mom and stepdad, so we went there as a memorial anniversary celebration since she passed away for him to enjoy something and needless to say he left very sad…
shame how shitty this place is now

OMG! The worst IHOP ever. You literally walk through the kitchen to sit down or to go to the bathroom. Food was cold. The chocolate chip of my wife's pancakes never melted. My cousin's Mac and cheese were cold. Hash brown cold as well. You literally bump with other guests and staff in this place as well. Never again.

My bestfriend and I came in after not having ihop in a couple years when we walked in no one greated us when someone finally did she did not seem enthusiastic she seemed bored, tired, and not happy to see us. When we walked in there was nobody here. our server Ailsa was awful she was life less not one smile. Once our food arrived she did not check up on us once. we had to get up to get her attention in order for boxes to go.
Our food was as bland as our service. The 99 dollars we had to pay for our food was not worth it the prices were crazy. $5 dollars for a none refillable lemonade is outrageous. Not to mention she sat a guest next to us in a booth that was too small for them and when they talked about it being to small she walked away. There were four tables in the entire restaurant while we were there she didn’t check up on anyone.
My best friends pancakes were as dull as the life in the restaurant. Not to mention the unknown substance on the strawberry in the blue raspberry lemonade. I had also ordered my eggs sunny side up and the yolk was not only a little over cooked but the egg whites were still raw. I was tempted to ask to take a couple things off the bill because we did not like nor eat any/much of it. There is plenty of parking because no one wants to eat here.
We will not be back. Ever.

And they have so many people on staff and everyone just standing around not knowing what to do. Definitely can see a lack of training for this location.

Waitress was not friendly or attentive. I asked for extra strawberries for my pancakes and she brought back cold strawberries. Place was dirty. This was first opportunity in a long time to go to an IHop. The food didn’t taste as good as I remembered.

If I could give a zero I would. My first time here was okay. Drunk night before so anything would’ve tasted good. My second time I went with a group of coworkers and I had already eaten so I didn’t order anything but there’s was a cockroach crawling on the table.
This visit was my last straw. We waited for a table of 2 for about 3 mins (not bad for a busy Sunday) we were sat down for about 10mins with 4 different servers walking pass out table 3-4 times each. That’s 24 possible times they could’ve stopped and asked if we were ready to order (which we were)
I’m not sure if they noticed when we got up and left the establishment but of course that’s what happens when a race if people is invisible unless we do something ghetto.
Thanks for proving that racism is very alive and well because this is the third experience I’ve had in a Stanford establishment that has primarily Hispanic employees.
Will be dining at the NY location from here in out.

Stopped by here on the way down from a work trip. Only a few customers in the place at the time but it was also early on a Friday. Was attended to quickly and the food came out fast. The pancakes and omelette I had were on point. I would come by again if I'm in the area.

After going to a Dennys in florida, i definitely feel like the quality of food is lacking. The hashhbrowns were a little soggy and the eggs tasted like they were powdery. The pancakes and meat from the breakfast samplerer were good though. Will go back if im REALLY craving ihop but otherwise would go somewhere else most of the time.
