Hands down THE BEST Tacos in the area. Mobile truck or not. They used to come to North once a week and we got spoiled. They stopped going there and I was soo sad. We moved to the south side and I will say, being close to Jefes is the biggest park!!Portions are large (dare I say I complain that the meat is falling off the taco?)— and tasty!! Our favorites are the camps Gabi, steak and shrimp. Can’t forget the birria (in taco or quesadilla form)!! Even the rice and beans— not sure how they make it sooo tasty.I have two complaints— the online website is fickle and they don’t open until 6:30pm!! LOLOL. I ask them to open earlier all the time but she says they make the food from scratch and takes a long time. Be prepared to wait— up to 40 mins. But you’ll see the long line of people waiting for their food and you’ll see it’s WORTH IT.Ps- also best value

Very good food and good Mexican flavor in the entire Stamfor area, they are the best. I come from Queens NY to eat with Jefes Tacos and their tacos are the best. I like it because the people are very friendly to serve me. I give them 10/10.

Hands down the best Mexican in Stamford. Best bang for your buck, by a long shot. Not stingy with the portions. Very apparent that they truly care about providing top notch food for anyone and everyone who wants something absolutely delicious to enjoy. I have been to almost every brick and mortar Mexican spot in this area, and none even come close. I also have a ton of allergies, and they couldn’t have been more patient in answering all my questions. This is officially our new Mexican spot and we couldn’t be happier!!

Best taco truck in stamford that I've tried. I usually get their birria nachos . You can text your order which I think is pretty cool . Lady on the register is very welcoming makes you feel like a valued customer . Would recommend 100%
