Today was a wonderful day stopped into mikes sub to try an unusual sandwich to see if it tingles my taste buds in a different way. The service was neat/outstanding and everything was prepared fresh as well. I had the port - mushroom grilled cheese with cap ham and peppers. Now the flavor was to peppery and spicy on the heart. The crust was mid. No selection of healthy choices, all just plain sandwiches. Once again nice people, everything looks clean.

The worst online customer service. If you have a problem there is no one to communicate with. They don't have a customer service number and there is no support for customers. If you reach out to them via their means of communications, it takes forever, you have to continuously write them. When they finally respond, the response is very noncaring and nonchalant with a very blunt response. Jersey sub has zero interest in making good with customers. Horrible! Horrible! They just want you to buy their food and then you're on your own if you have an issue. Not good for a business

They are perpetually under staffed. 3 people is not enough.Girl with he Blue hair deserves a raise. She is always leading the team.

2nd time ordering from Mikes. Ordered online got to the place both time they needed another 10 minutes minimum to get the order ready. Ended up waiting 20 mins or so to pick up order that was placed over 45 mins ago.Got wrong order when I got home and even found a hair in the sandwich. Thanks guys!!

Stopped coming here. I would order over app and half the time they could not find my order and had to remake. The others half the time I got a lot of the wrong order. I complained to manager a few times. They have a bunch of kids working there that just don't care. One time a kid pretended to work there and tried to help. He ended up following me out of store with some choice words. He was lucky I didn't get confrontational. People will get tired of this crap. Next door at Chipotle is not much better.

I came here to order a Philly sub. The 2 guys working clearly just wanted to leave. It was 8:30 you had 30 more minutes to work. They didn't ask if I wanted anything else on the sub. Instead they just wrapped up my sandwich and told me a total. They told I was suppose to tell him everything I wanted on the sandwich before hand. They were rude and did not want to fix it for me.

Absolutely disgusting service!!!Went in there at about 5 mins to closing time, the employee was so blatantly rude I couldn't believe it.Barely gave me time to say what I wanted and then pointed to 3 choices of toppings, they weren't going to get anything out of the fridge.No hello, no goodbye, no thank you, or you're all set, just plopped the sandwich down and walked away after I paid.Absolutely unacceptable and horrible customer service.

If your going to order from here just do it online cause in person ordering sucks.I went to front and the worker is making a sandwich and asks me what I want. I’m ordering two sandwiches and I only get to say one. I pause to wait for her to finish so I can complete my order but then she asks the person behind me what he wants. I wasn’t even finished. Didn’t ask me questions like “anything else”? “What kind of bread”Etc…I wanted to ask another worker a quick question and I couldn’t even get her attention idk if she couldn’t hear me because she had ear buds in or what but that annoyed me. Costumer Service was bad.But that wasn’t the worse part… I got my sandwiches and as I was eating mine a foreign sharp object stabbed and cut the roof of my mouth? And I have no idea what it could of been when I’m eating a Philly cheese steak sandwich. A nail? Who knows cause I shallowed it…. :(
