Shockingly terrible customer service and quality in checking your order. I drove down 15 minutes, on Easter Sunday, to grab some KFC for me and a few friends. Ordered through the drive through, and paid and left. After getting home, realized our sides weren't there. I had to drive back, and all I got was "oh yeah, sorry about that, here's your side". Told them I need some sort of compensation for this, I've driven up and down another time just to get a side, and the food is cold...read full review
