Ordered online to get my soon faster. I ended up getting my food slower than everyone else. Spent over half an hour at the counter. I get that they are busy and they have a bunch of customers but honestly felt like it was worse ordering on the app and making me wait. They did offer me extra tenders which was nice but after having to wait nearly an hour from time I ordered to when I got my food. The app also lied and told me my food was ready before they even started making it. This experience was so bad I don’t know that I will be going to any KFC for the foreseeable future.

Very busy location and chicken spot. No matter what time you go here they always have fresh chicken and a line in the lobby.
I think they need to hire more people, or people who are more efficient with the space of their kitchen and mediating wait times.
They have a mobile kiosk to avoid waiting for a staff member to come to the counter to take said order (maybe more staff members?) or you can order through the mobile app.
A lot of updates over time, and the lobby is spacious for parties or family dinners. The lobby was clean, and brightly lit for those who like to stream or a study hangout.
Ordered through the app and when I went to pick it up the order was not even started. No apology

This place has the worst drive through ever there is a very steep Hill trying to exit I do recommend just going walking in the service is always good the food is always great I don't have anything bad to say about this place I do recommend asking for your food fresh if you do like it because a few times my fries were cold so I do always ask for my fries to be dropped when I order and I have no problem waiting they also have two kiosks so you do not have to deal with anyone at the register which I like they do have these new $5 deals which are great in size for a great snack or lunch

I placed an order from the app but when I got there it’s a sign saying no wings or breast. So I had to settle for all legs and thighs. On top of that I get home and my biscuits are rock hard. This is so disappointing being that I live all the way in the other side of Stamford. Why would you want to serve people food like this. Do Better KFC
