I order food off the app it said it be ready at 5:04 I got there 5:16 I didn't get my food till 5: 37. The girl that was working at register I guess she didn't know how to do it so I had to wait a whole 4 minutes before somebody came up to me asked me what I order

I placed an order online through the KFC app, and it said my food was ready for pickup. When I got to the store, they told me it wasn’t ready and made me wait a long time. The whole point of ordering ahead is to avoid waiting, but it feels pointless if the app says one thing and the store does another. Really frustrating and disappointing experience.

They are rude. Never have your order . For example I asked for spicy chicken. I waited for 20 mins for 4 pieces of spicy chicken. I paid for because I was lied to it would be 2mins. I am appalled with the service hear. If I looked different or spoke a different language I would have gotten service quicker

Waited 30 minutes after being told they didn’t have chicken for a substituted item then they told me they won’t make me food. Manager didn’t even say anything other than “we are canceling your order”

Not only was my time and money wasted, but I was also yelled at twice by employees for no reason. Even worse, I witnessed clear discriminatory treatment — myself and other Black customers were spoken to rudely, while Hispanic customers were treated respectfully. That kind of behavior is appalling, unprofessional, and absolutely unacceptable.

This is by far the worst KFC I have ever experienced, and it reflects terribly on the brand. I will be reporting this location to KFC corporate as well as the FCC for discriminatory practices and abusive treatment of paying customers.

Do not waste your time or money here. This location needs to be investigated immediately.

Order online but for some reason I didn't have the option for spicy chicken. When I got there, I talked to the cashier and ask for spicy. And they switch it for me. Thank you again!

This store is one of the reasons why I stop supporting this restaurant as a whole. To be rude, unprofessional, and have a commitment to providing the worse customer service must be a requirement for employment at this franchise’s establishment and it’s evident in how the management de-escalated the issue I had. As a local business owner I am startled by the treatment I received at this location and will never support this location again.

Ordered online to get my soon faster. I ended up getting my food slower than everyone else. Spent over half an hour at the counter. I get that they are busy and they have a bunch of customers but honestly felt like it was worse ordering on the app and making me wait. They did offer me extra tenders which was nice but after having to wait nearly an hour from time I ordered to when I got my food. The app also lied and told me my food was ready before they even started making it. This experience was so bad I don’t know that I will be going to any KFC for the foreseeable future.

Very busy location and chicken spot. No matter what time you go here they always have fresh chicken and a line in the lobby.

I think they need to hire more people, or people who are more efficient with the space of their kitchen and mediating wait times.

They have a mobile kiosk to avoid waiting for a staff member to come to the counter to take said order (maybe more staff members?) or you can order through the mobile app.

A lot of updates over time, and the lobby is spacious for parties or family dinners. The lobby was clean, and brightly lit for those who like to stream or a study hangout.
