We ordered 8 pc chicken tenders only at drive through (which is listed as $12 on the app) and they charged us $22 saying their store price is not the same as the app. This is mind blowing.
I stopped here to grab a spicy chicken sandwich a little before noon. It was o.k., although I have had better. It seemed a little dry and not very spicy/hot. The staff was cordial.The only real knock I experienced with this place was accessibility. Pulling in is a little awkward, but leaving was a hassle. It is located somewhat on West Main Street, and it is a busy road.Anyway, I was close to trying this place on a few other occasions but have always decided against it because of this Kentucky Fried Chicken's awkward location and accessibility. I don't know if I will return to this location.Bottom line is it is a KFC, and the food is typical of a KFC...Update (7/1/2021); This is one of the few locations I see that is still only charging $3.99 for the chicken sandwich while other locations are up to $4.99...

This location has changed ownership over the years. Sadly the service and food have changed as well... not for the good. I've visited this location recently, a few times for basic stuff, chicken. Sadly my experiences have been old, dry and stake chicken. The staff weren't equally dry, stale and not customer driven. Needless to say, no more dollars of mine will be generated at this location.

I ordered 8 pieces chicken but only get a biscuit instead. There was nothing wrong with the delivery guy since the food was sealed well when arrived.
It gets so sick and tiring getting excited for your favorite mean from your favorite fast food franchise to be constantly met with disappointment. They never send the correct sauces or amounts or even the correct sodas. There is clearly a management issue because this is an occurring issue for me whenever I Uber eats from this location... either people are being hired that can't count up to 10 or they just deliberately go out of their way to mess up your order.. I hope whoever runs this branch will remove their head from their own backside and start putting some effort into customer service and putting together orders correctly... a change clearly needs to be made somewhere

2nd time I order the famous bowl and end up with chunks of fried batter instead of chicken pieces. I'll give it one more shot because it's location. I'll update and let you know if it's better to stop at Popeyes around the corner instead.

I stood there for over 20 minutes. Did not even get to order. The guy that was taking everyone's order was also filling orders while two other people were wandering around doing nothing. And he looked like he was in middle school. It was a horrible experience, I didn't get to eat and I was on my lunch break for work. And the place was dirty. There were at least eight to nine people milling around either waiting for orders for a very long time or waiting to order. Somebody needs to manage that place. It's not the first time I had this kind of experience there.
