Why is Kiku sushi so much better than other places? Not sure but it just is. You would never suspect that this cozy restaurant in a strip mall would turn out such great sushi. Usually get take out but dining in is great too.

I do not recommend visiting this restaurant, the staff is terrible, especially the woman at the reception. I have never seen such customer service, no one here cares about your feelings, be prepared for a harsh response.

The woman working at the reception is racist and has no customer service skills. Never visit this restaurant unless you want to ruin your day. I have never seen such terrible service.

I have been a customer for well over 15 years. Kiku makes the best sushi by far in stamford and the service is always great!

We have dined at Kiku few times and food has been good for the most part. The service is not good at all, the lady at front desk is rude and does not listen to your questions and it doesn't have a good attitude to deal with customers, and she will ignore you like you are not there. Food is good but be ready to get a bad service!

Today I went to eat for the first time and experienced an experience of racism from the waitress towards me and my brother (we are Hispanic). The young lady was not friendly, when she had not finished eating yet and she began to remove the plate from the table (it was only 8:30 pm). And in the end, he also abruptly asked me to leave a tip, what is it? that happens to them seriously, so people should not be treated anywhere in the world, speak their language or not speak it.
