Always a delightful dining experience, whether lunch or dinner. I've been going to this restaurant for almost 30 years now and have not had a bad experience. The best sushi in Stamford!
Kotobuki is an authentic Japanese restaurant with excellent food and service. The head chef is the owner -- Masanori Sato, who goes informally by the moniker "Masa." Masa is always busy, behind the such bar, creating his excellent delicacies. My favorite is the sushi and sushi rolls -- always fresh and delicious. Visited during Restaurant Week for the sushi-sashimi bento box. It was a great meal, especially for the value! For $20 I got 4 slices of sashimi, 4 sushi, vegetable tempura, and a salad. The veggies were cooked perfectly - soft inside crunchy outside, and the fish was delightfully fresh!
