Kyushu Ramen and Sushi is a decent ramen place with excellent ramen and even better udon. The pork buns, brisket buns, and sushi are all great. The service is fast and the ambiance is good, though the seating could be more comfortable. The portions are large, and the poke bowls and dumplings are particularly noteworthy. While the restaurant can get chilly in the winter, it's a reliable spot for tasty Japanese fare.
