I’m not from around Stamford and I used to look forward to coming here when visiting my parents, but my most recent visit was enough to change my opinion entirely. The coffee quality was noticeably worse, and the overall experience felt careless and inconsistent. Unfortunately, this no longer feels like a place I’d recommend.

I keep seeing consistent reviews about getting incorrect milk orders. I definitely got almond milk instead of oat milk. Definitely poses a huge health risk and I worry about those with severe nut allergies or even dairy allergies (saw some folks get regular milk when requested an alternative). Luckily I don’t have a severe nut allergy but almond milk does tend to give me stomach aches so in addition to the taste, I knew right away it was almond milk. For a $7 cappuccino (which included a tip), definitely felt way too disorganized and should not take 25 minutes to get a drink — and this was with no line.
Very good coffee shop with amazing coffee, food, and pastries. I ordered oat milk cappuccinos, the classic breakfast sandwich, and a London fog scone. Highly recommend.

The word must be out that you can find the best coffee in Stamford here because it is increasingly hard to find a seat. I'm a coffee snob and this is the only place outside of home that I will drink brewed pour over coffee. Update: they no longer serve pour over. Guess I'm back to making my own.
Espresso is decent; baked goods are all covered in shrink wrap in the case 🙄 and pricey for the quality.
The space itself is very nice but their bathroom is down a long common hall and is definitely not what you'd want to use.

They no longer do pour over. But their drip selection is always fantastic. One of the best specialty coffee locations in the region.
First time here. I came in with my daughter and wife, and we all loved their sandwich options. The best part? The hot drinks were incredible—perfectly prepared, hot enough to enjoy from the very first sip. Incredible Barista and kind staff! Definitely a great spot to visit. By far the best coffee shop in Stamford so far

Great coffee. Nice interior. Good choice of food. But the wait is usually painful for a coffee shop.
Best coffee in Stamford, but give yourself an hour to actually get coffee. The slowest service I’ve ever experienced.

Great location! I ordered a latte and it was delicious! On the other hand the staff was absolutely cold… no greetings, no eye contact… almost no interaction with me. The table and the floor around my was very dirty. 🫤
