I had to walk a long distance to get to this place, but it was worth it. I had a cappuccino and a plain croissant. Friendly staff, clean bathroom and plenty of seating outside and inside. I saw a couple of people working on their PCs.

Every time I have the chance I stop by. They open early so it is perfect to have breakfast. Friendly environment, full of art and connected with people. Easy to park on the back, and close to bars and restaurants. A big and generous table to share ,or small ones if you need privacy

Now is not dog friendly and they also don’t have many GF options. Coffe is hit or miss, you can get one of the best coffee ever or a very average one.
Baristas are nice but when it gets busy it can take a long time to get your order since they have very few people helping out
