Amazing experience for my private event! I had a baby shower with close family and friends at Madonia yesterday and the entire staff made sure the event guest were taken care of and the food was excellent! Easy parking for event guest and very flexible with event time slots and menu options.

The potatoes were overcooked and had carmelized. The broccolini was overcooked and mushy. Why would you charge that much per plate for food that sat for hours?

Our private party was very successful and extremely joyful thanks to the very capable staff at Madonia! The private room is gorgeous and it was beautifully lit, with tables arranged and set perfectly. I only added a few centerpieces, place cards and favors and the room was complete! There is a gorgeous fireplace mantle with pillars, sparkling chandeliers and prismatic crystal wall sconces that illuminate the space in opulent ambience. Service was elegant as our servers were mature, experienced and treated our guests like gold. Cuisine is outstanding and our guests loved all the courses, which were planned with great flexibility on behalf of Jackie who coordinates private events. Jackie was very supportive and helped us to design exactly the kind of menu we needed. If you seek an elegant room for a celebration with exquisite food and fine service, in a great location, with ample parking, you cannot do better than Madonia in Stamford, CT. Our thanks to everyone at Madonia for making our occasion so memorable!

One of my favorite dinner stopovers on my many drives from NYC to Boston. A warm and friendly eatery with great food. We ordered our usual roasted chicken breast with truffle sauce, which was always great. And we tried a new dish, pork ribeye. It was incredibly delicious. Easily one of the best pork ribeye I’ve ever had.

I dine here frequently and have had everything on the menu, each item is delicious and would highly recommend. Tonight I ordered via Uber Eats and there was an issue with the driver and the order. The restaurant made the order right and personally delivered it due to the rudeness of the UberEats person. Not only is Madonia's food delicious but their service is top notch, class act - THANK YOU!!

This venue was recommended by friends, but unfortunately, it failed to leave a positive impression on me. To my disappointment, there happened to be a lively party taking place in the adjacent room. The loud music and the energetic kids practicing their dance moves just fifteen feet away from our table greatly detracted from the overall atmosphere. Regrettably, the ambiance fell far short of expectations.Furthermore, the quality of the drinks was merely average, and the food, though surpassing mediocrity, was not outstanding. To compound matters, the kitchen made an error with my order. Despite the mishap, I must commend our waiter for diligently attempting to rectify the situation. However, the combination of the mistaken food order and the intrusive noise disrupted our conversations and hindered our enjoyment of the evening.In essence, this place failed to meet the standards set by the recommendation. The unfavorable atmosphere, coupled with the underwhelming drinks, above-average yet not exceptional food, and the mix-up in the kitchen, left much to be desired.N.B. The waiter, displaying remarkable professionalism and empathy, promptly removed the mishap order from the bill, sincerely apologizing for the inconvenience caused. Their swift action not only addressed and alleviated the problem but also demonstrated their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.
