Mamá Rosa's Latín and American Grill

I’ve gone twice to this location. Google maps shows they close at 6:30 and the sign on the locations door shows they close at 8 pm. Both times I walked in at 430pm, No customers and the lady gives the same excuse they are closing early as per the owner but she has already cleaned and closed down the kitchen to have it closed at 5. Please update your open times if possible, I wanted to support the business but I see you guys plainly don’t care. The young lady seems nice but I can tell since it’s not her business she’s not worried about the customers leaving.

Bad service, cold food without salt, no ice, and the salad without lemon. I will never go to this place again...

This is an excellent place for authentic Ecuadorian food. Great food at an excellent price. I think I actually met Mama Rosa while there. What a kind and welcoming lady. I strongly recommend this place.

The worst service, the waitress served us in a very rude manner. What a shame that Mrs. Rosita has such incompetent people working that makes her business look very bad.

As an Ecuadorian restaurant, there is nothing on the menu. How to resolve the hunger itch and it happens yes but as a family food restaurant to recommend Ecuadorian food no.

Bad food, a lunch $15.00 and they also charge you for a drink, not even in New York is it that expensive and apart from that for something so bad! Don't go to this place because you will leave like me totally disappointed! -5 thousand stars if possible ???????????
