We have been customers for over a decade( started at their old location). Their sweets are well made, breads are fresh. Although, there are times I bought stuff which was not fresh and quite dry.
However, the customer service really needs an upgrade. I called to order, I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes after the initial hello, to place the order so I hung up. It's not the first time. It's quite frustrating. If this was streamlined better, I'm sure they will be amazing.

They have everything and anything you could want, and everything we tried was delicious! The tres leches cake was fantastic, as were the cookies and eclairs! The staff were helpful and friendly!

Made my babies birthday cake. The cake was Minnie themed and they HAND DREW it for us. It was beautiful!! And I don’t say that lightly because I’m picky. They have a tablet of over 2K pictures and examples of their work. I don’t have a picture because we ate it up so quick.
I'm absolutely livid. I've been coming to this bakery for almost 2 yrs, as my husband loves the flan. When I first started coming the small personal flan was $5, then $7 and today $8. Too much for the size, but I could live with that for a flan once in awhile. What I find is outright extortion was the decorated cookie I purchased today. My son always asks for a cookie when we go and they are always $3 or $4. Today double. One cookie, very thin and not large by any means was $8. My son was extremely anxious today and there was a long line behind me so I was distracted and didn't notice till I left, and checked the receipt thinking about how 1 small flan (not a pie size), a soda and a cookie would be $18. I wasn't going to go back with my son in this mood, but I sure won't be returning! I feel totally taken advantage of. I have included pics of receipt, and the items next to other items to compare size. I'm so disappointed in this bakery!
I usually go to Matthew bakery with my Austic son. He loves it there. On 5/30/25, he usually well behaved but he accidentally drop one of there cookies in the container on the floor. He himself try to pick them up and it was by accident. Instead after me trying to explain it was an accident they charge me $4.00. Even just after purchasing already some of their items. Only one lady understood that it was an accident and didn't want to charge me but the other worker told her to still charge me.
Only the breads filled with cheese, the rest is average, nothing like Peru.

First time here. I am a pastry nut and travel all over for great experiences in food so had to try this place. Pear tart is very good. Close to French bakeries. Cupcakes not so great and cream is not whipped and was hard. Their tarts are very good and cookies as well but cakes looks better than taste and texture.

It was three Kings Day And we bought a Rosca And it was very hard, very dry and very flavorless. We have Been using this bakery for over 10 years and I’ve Never been this disappointed in those 10 years of loyal clientele. I am Very furious and want a full refund I will be speaking to the owner/manager. Do not waste your money and I mean, do not waste your money on this nasty flavorless Bakery. If I was Able to Give this bakery less stars it would be 0

Had a craving for some new year chocolate, and this seemed to be the only bakery open.
We got a chocolate cigar that was hard as a rock and tasted like it was sitting around for at least 3 days. Disgusting. We also got an apple turnover that had maybe 2 bites of apple inside and was also hard as a rock and tasted stale. Total waste of money. We bought a chocolate cake that we haven't tried yet, but I don't have high expectations.
The sales girl didn't know pricing, and when we asked for a bag, she said they didn't have any. Then, seeing bags on the shelf, we asked for a plastic bag whi h I could plainly see, and she said no and gave us a paper bag that the cake box didn't fit in.
NEVER AGAIN
Edit: the chocolate cake that we wete.yold was a mousse with ganache WAS NOT. It was yet another old dry stale tasteless cake that was way overpriced. Not a mousse but a chocolate cake with chocolate icing
VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞

The cakes are very expensive and the quality is standard to low. Ask about prices before buying..... The quality does not justify the price
