Came here the day of the stamford thanksgiving parade to grab some nuggets for my kids. It was absolutely packed, but the manager had everything very well organized and was able to get customers in and out with their orders very quickly.

This is the worst McDonald's I've been to in Fairfield County. Customer service is mediocre on the best day. One of the managers there has the worst attitude and refused to do table service when I had a broken elbow and obviously couldn't carry my order. As far as the atmosphere is also one of the dirtiest McDonald's I've been to.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding an incident that occurred during my visit to the McDonald's at 25 Bedford Street on November 13, 2025, between 6:00 AM and 6:20 AM.
During my visit, I encountered a Spanish male cashier who, unfortunately, did not provide the level of service I expect as a customer. He failed to greet me or offer any assistance in a professional manner. When I requested my usual order of a small coffee with milk and no sugar, he responded in a dismissive way, asking how much coffee and milk I wanted without offering any guidance. When I mentioned that I would report his behavior, he seemed unconcerned and stated he had connections with his supervisor.
After refusing to serve me, he proceeded to assist other customers, leaving me without help. I requested assistance from another employee, but it appeared that the cashier was discouraging support from his colleagues. This behavior not only made my experience unpleasant but also reflects poorly on the establishment.
I believe it is essential for management to address this type of conduct. Open communication with this employee could lead to improved service and customer satisfaction.

didn’t even care closing lids the drinks so they won’t spill on my food while it’s being delivered,and no straws even tho I added them like please, c’mon now…

This MC Donalds is so trash. They need to get the hell off door dash , anytime I order the food is wrong or they never send my full order. Then I have to argue with customer service and prove this location sucks at putting orders together. I just got a bag of drinks tonight and not the food. Ummm. Hello. The workers are rude and they don’t understand anything. The food is always cold when I go into order, specially the fries. This place is such a waste of money. Not ordering or coming back to this Mac Donald’s ever. The owner needs to do better and hire a new staff that know what they are doing. I really hope they remove this location off door dash cause the other two locations are way better.

I know the area is annoying but yall can do better in how you interact with customers. I saw an Asian son & mom which didn’t have fluent English get treated with destain and disrespect when they were trying their best to just ask a question.
