Don’t use the code for the app on the self kiosk. You’ll have a problem but when you tell them they’ll try not to fix the issue until curse them out. Shouldn’t have to do all that to get what I ask for. And then still didn’t get what I asked for. Told them I put the code in but the kiosk wouldn’t let me select my items with the code. Then had the nerve to tell me how they know I put it in there. Like what? It’s always packed in there and have 1 person on the register.

My favorite Mcdonald's!! Lived in Stamford for a little over three years, probably went here over 200 times during that time (probably too much but hey, life is short!). I usually went drive thru and don't think they messed up my order one time.
The place is usually pretty busy but they are super super super quick. It is clear they take pride in efficiency and great customer service and that always showed. Lots of respect for this place and how hard they work!! Thank you for being so great.
