Wow!!! I just saw some YouTube reviews on this Noodle Shop chain and I find out that there's a location near my house in Stamford! I went there this past Friday night. I went about 6:30 PM and the place was hopping already. I didn't want to wait for a table so I took a chair at the bar. The bartender, Trevor, was eager to explain the dishes and ordering to me since this was my first time to an Asian noodle bar. He was a fantastic server.It was a toss up between Ramen and Pho, but this time I opted for the beef Ramen. Decided on the spicy dumplings for my appetizer. Both were phenomenal!!!! I thoroughly enjoyed both of these dishes. With the Ramen, the noodles were PERFECTLY al dente, so much so that I ordered a second helping of noodles to add to my Ramen. I also ordered a double order of the side Thai hot Chile's to add to my soup. (I'm a big spice fan.) Hot Sake is delicious as well.All in all, I loved this spot and will be coming back again, and again, and again!!!! It is that good!!! Run, don't walk to go and dine at the Mecha Noodle Shop! It is fantastic, and very reasonably priced!

Absolutely the epitome of what a restaurant should be. Service, food, everything is excellent. We’ve been here dozens of times, every time we’re in Stamford. They always hit the mark. Cocktails and sake are not to be missed, the mushroom dumplings are also ridiculously good! Would give all the starts if I could, make this your next stop!!
This review is just about the kale salad. Whatever you do don’t get the kale salad unless you are a rabbit. Iv never had a salad so bare. They just slapped a piece of avocado on top and that’s it. Very disappointing.

The food is good. The drinks are great. The vibe is awesome.
I like this place because the noodles are tasty and authentic. The music was a bit too loud though; it was hard to talk to someone sitting right next to you.

Me and my family came and checked in. The wait time was about an hour and the manager gave tables to everybody that came after us. We had a baby with us and the manager did not care. My brother in law went in and asked to put two tables together so we could sit after having waited for over an hour. The manager denied us the table and went ahead and put the two tables together for another family that came after us. The manager had a disrespectful attitude and didn't care about my family. After asking her why she put the tables together for the other family, she simply replied to us saying: "I had my reasons". Fully discriminating my family with no regard of having a toddler with us. We traveled from Florida to visit our family and they took us to this place because they had been here before and received excellent service from a different manager. Which is why we decided to come here in the first place. The manager on duty this time was extremely disrespectful, she yelled at my brother in law and told him we hadn’t been there before all the people she gave tables to. Even though that was not true at all. She was racist, and she discriminated my family and me. We were really looking forward to eating and having a good time here. But the manager denied us a table. I wanted to give them another chance, as the food is good. But today I officially decided to never give them my business again, as the hostess is rude and the service lacks quality.

One my favorite place to begin with.KFC Bao is a must try.All their Ramens and Pho is just amazing.Most of their other locations have consistent quality and quantity.A good spot for dinner dates.Parking: Parking is difficult to find during the wee hours, however there are paid parking options around this place. There one right behind CVS pharmacy.Kid-friendliness: They do have limited kid friendly options
