On two different occasions in the same week, when reviewing the account, the tip appears included, which is being included in the sales tax. For my part, it is fine that they include the tip, but from no point of view is it fine that they add taxes.

I didn't like that they charge you the tip. Because you decide how much to leave, they charged us 13 dollars as a tip and we only spent between 60 or 70 dollars. They decide the amount of tip and not the person who is paying.

Personally, I go to a lot restaurants which I know where is there a speciality, and Mi Terruño has their specialty of brackfast. ( Calentado ) I love it like the Bandeja, paisa, and the Bakery is amazing.
I went to breakfast yesterday, and I had a super pleasant experience, food, service, the friendly attitude of the waitress, again it was a very nice experience.

The. Terrible waitresses have no knowledgedd customer service and they get angry when the place is alone. I ordered a milo and it took 24 minutes and when I complained. He tells me that it's too late, you have to heat it up and he got angry about the terrible service.

Food didn't improved since last time I ordered. Their white rice looks like mashed potatoes and today's Sancocho de gallina taste like hens water with salt. No condiments, no flavor whatsoever. I don't recommend this restaurant .

Sorry but why are you guys charging 7.35 tax charge when CTs tax charge is at 6.35? The 7.35 is used at gas stations that sell food... And on top of that charging to use CCs? I'm so confused as to why you are up charging ? Food is amazing but not enough to upcharge like that...sorry but is that even legal?

I have been here a few times. I went Nov 1st od 23 and waitress was botter and not professional. I waited half hr for over cooked fish . I told waitress and sgecwas bothered. Never will come hete again. Customer service sucks. Cook should have know better to serve over cooked fish and burnt plantains. This place greatvat one time.

I had the most fantastic dinner experience at this Colombian gem! From the moment we walked in, the warm and friendly servers made us feel right at home. They even spoke Spanish. Each dish was a delight, and I couldn't get enough!As if that wasn't enough, as we wrapped up our meal and noticed it was closing time, they surprised us with a generous serving of pan de bono – on the house! The perfect sweet ending to a perfect meal. I'm counting down the days until I can return and try their Colombian breakfast. This place is a true hidden gem, and I can't recommend it enough. ¡Gracias por la experiencia maravillosa!
