Very small restaurant which made dining in awkward. Innatentive staff. We stopped here after a 5 hour drive. There was a sign that said no public restrooms. We took it as needing to be a customer in order to use them. There's no restrooms period. Had we known that we wouldn't have even gone in. The pizza was greasy, but slices were huge and tastey. Ordered meatball sub, asked girl if they have long hot peppers she asked and said yes! Got sandwich and cherry peppers! Disappointing, had many times. Asked for mozzarella got provolone. Not the same, won't be going back
Food is number one but engaged and present owners set the tone in this buzzing north stamford market/deli. Fresh, generous, creative sandwiches, cool specials and the secret weapon is top notch pizza. The cha cha cha breakfast burrito might just be the morning winner too. Keep it up guys and we will remain regulars!
