I ordered a chop cheese twice. The first time it was delicious. This time it was burnt and dry. Im from the Bronx so to charge 15.00 for a chop cheese it had better taste good all the time. NY doesn't even charge this much.

Have a wonderful food I went in there about $27 worth of food and I couldn't see the tip jar because if you look at it, you can't see what's in there so I moved it just to see how much was in there so I can give him my tip and he thought How's it gonna steal it then he cursed me out and then he threatened me of getting me fired from my job. I recommend for customers can see your tips to put a clear box. I really love the food, but I will never go there again. That was not a call for.

Was told multiple times at the register that the sandwiches that used non boars head meat was halal to now finding out that it is not halal. Very unfortunate and disappointing…this should be communicated more clearly for customers. I will no longer be going here

Every time I come here I’m greeted like I’m family but beyond that the food. Best bacon egg and cheddar cheese with red onions and avocado I’ve had to date. On a toasted hero. ;)

I’m from Cali. This is the first and last spot I went to on my travels. 5/5. Get the firecracker sandwich. The Issac Way 😎💯

I was so disappointed. Was in the restaurant business and understand how difficult it is. However, when you advertise a sandwich called Park Avenue melt, it should have cheese in it. I waisted $14 as the bread was good but the chicken was not as described and there was no melted cheese or any cheese in the sandwich. Too bad as your menu has interesting choices but I realize nothing might be a described. Do not call a sandwich’s a melt with no cheese.

Chopped cheese for the win! Finally, a NY spot in CT that can actually cook a chopped cheese. Thank you!

Great place, open late with good food. Recommend chicken and lamb over rice.

Your website says you are open at 8 am. So why are you guys closed at 8:13 am on a Thursday. Super unreliable and never answers phone. Given this place so many tries to be good. Sucks this is the only deli in Stamford near by

I was really disappointed with this cake. It was dry, tough, and tasted old — definitely not fresh at all.

I had really high hopes for this place — From day one, this place has consistently disappointed. I’ve tried giving it multiple chances over the past few months, hoping it would improve. But every time I leave thinking, “This is the last time.” And after today, it definitely is. I ordered two BASIC bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches — they took over 20 minutes to make (5 customers in store including myself) .and the bacon was basically burnt to a crisp. The food lacks any of that classic “New York deli” feel — it’s bland, impersonal, and feels like it was cooked without care.

Aside from the low quality egg sandwiches, the whole ordering system makes no sense. The place is huge and you have to crowd around the front door just to place your order, which creates chaos. Why not let people order, browse drinks/snacks, then pay after the food is ready — like every other deli does? I would’ve added a drink and maybe some chips, but the setup made it too annoying. I will say the place looks great from the outside and is very clean inside, but it has zero atmosphere (also. It honestly feels more like a doctor’s office waiting room than a neighborhood deli. So much wasted potential and space. They could improve if they were to focus on the customers standing in the store, not just the DoorDash/online orders as well. It’s incredibly frustrating to wait forever while its clear online orders get prioritized. This place is all style, no substance, 3 employees. No personality that a NY deli should have.
