Love the customer service here, food & boba is delicious!
This restaurant has very poor quality food for the price. Highly recommend you go elsewhere. The reviews on google are NOT accurate. They will essentially demand a 5 star review and if you don't they WILL shame you. Well, shame on you Ninja. Do better. As you mention in your own replies, we are in the great country of USA. YOU should be doing better. How are you guys still in business is an amazing question. To anyone reading please go view the one stars review. They are the most truthful representation of this company. There is a reason Ninja has around 3 stars on other sites...

This is such a cozy, welcoming place with great food!!! My kids always have a blast and truly love the experience. Theirs also games and family friendly activities. The owners are so friendly! Definitely come thru when you’re in Stamford.

Came here before we had a movie, the owner had us seated and eating quicker than I could think was possible. Every single thing that we ordered was amazing. I love green apple and the green apple boba was amazing.

The menu is poorly designed and very confusing, the waiters are doing everything in the place, this makes you feel in a cafeteria. Over price, unclear, not impressive.

Food is the best I mean hands down ramen is 10000s times better then in ramen you have ever had the chicken is to die for Korean fried chicken is really hitting on a whole different world of tastbud experience me and wifey will be back
