I walked in & overheard the owner saying "those niggers all look the same & never tip" i asked for a refund on my food because they won't be receiving my money anymore. When I asked for the the refund I got a horrible attitude & was told "we don't need money from your people anyways". It took so much for me to not go off. NEVER going back.

Good pizza and burgers. It is great quality and fast preparation. Very easy to do carry out. I recommend call them and not using Grubhub because Grubhub was going to make me wait over an hour when it was ready in 10 minutes

I have been to this restaurant several times and never had an experience like I just did. THE WORST customer service by I think her name is Sue. Ordered pizza and wings as per usual and they forgot the blue cheese. When I asked for the blue cheese this older lady and an even older lady went back and forth each claiming they put blue cheese in the bag. Finally, they gave me the blue cheese. You would've thought I was trying to get rich off of blue cheese. Probably won't be back and definitely won't be recommended them to anyone, anymore

Cold? Late? Burnt? Take your pick!I’ve ordered before and the experience was never this bad. But woof.Ordered delivery. Pizza took one hour and 20 minutes to arrive.The pizza was cold. How cold? So cold I busted out my food thermometer to check. 84 degrees. So like warm at best?Then on top of that the pizza was also burnt. Burnt to the point where we could not eat half of the pie. Photos tell the story.Disappointing is an understatement.

Staff was friendly, owner was not. Even heard the owner telling unnecessarily at the girl in the front over something personal, which wasn’t business related.I ordered the chicken souvlaki platter and it looked fabulous. It had chicken pieces, one stuffed grape leaf, salad which contained kalamata olives and feta. And it also oddly came with fries and tziki sauce.Unfortunately the only portion of my plate I actually enjoyed was the salad; the chicken tasted like it was previously frozen, poorly selected and processed with no flavor. I would have done better with stuffed grape leaves and salad.So I felt unwelcome and dissatisfied with my almost $20 meal. If it were 8.99, I’d give it 5 stars. I’m giving it 2 stars because the only shiny star besides the salad, was the nice young lady at the cash register.p.s. I forgot I had a slice of cheese. It was okay but not representative of homemade Italian pizza. Dough was nice and crunchy and the cheese was good. It wasn’t great, it was okay.

I grew up on papas and prob won’t ever stop eating it. However aside from the really friendly blonde woman who I presume to be the owners wife I always have a weird experience with the counter girls. They’re either unprofessional or just flat out rude. If you’re gonna hire high school students train them well.

My daughter who at college and orders there frequently placed an order and the delivery person gave it to the wrong person. Call back the owner was very rude refused to refund the money or replace the food after talking to the security guard at my daughter housing who confirm that they gave it to the wrong person. I was then told if I have a problem I can come there with the police. I don’t live there so it’s not worth it to make the trip but clearly this business needed my college daughter money so I hope it help there business.
I moved to Florida 20 years ago. When I visit I always go to Pappas. Best pizza in the world. Thanks so much. Stay awesome

Without a doubt, this place has the worst pizza in Stamford. The pizza has ABSOLUTELY no flavor. Their sweet fried dough is spectacular though.

I called to order and was left on hold for 9 minutes 11 seconds. I hung up and called back. The young lady who answered the phone booth times was Nonchalant and passive aggressive. I'll keep my money and order elsewhere. Don't be too cocky, I've seen companies crumble because of there arrogance.

When i order for the past few weeks, they have been sending piping cold pizza's and when i call to complain that my pizza is cold, they do not accommodate, they told me that they dont sell cold pizza's but my pizza's have all been showing up at my house cold as hell and they are so rude, when u call in 2 try to get it right they place you on hold for a very long time but the time spent on hold when trying to complain differs greatly and when the daughter is on duty working the phones, she makes the situation even worse, she's so rude, you'll wish that you could snatch her up through the phone. The solution to my problem was them telling me they were gonna return my money & don't call their business for service anymore, when how is it my fault that i waited 45 minutes to 1 hour for my pizza & once it arrived to my door it's cold. If i wanted to pay $42. For my order then warm it up n the microwave or oven then i woulda cooked instead of attempting 2 order takeout because once in a while they get it right, so i take my chances. It's obvious that they are @ fault for sending cold pizza's then accuse me of giving them a hard time. I ALWAYS tip the driver & NEVER give them a hard time paying 4 my order but i tell them ahead of time who i want to make my pizza's & please don't bring cold pizza's. I tell them ahead of time ALL THE TIME & they tell me no problem, but i can always tell when my pizza is freshly made or just reheated or made by someone other than whom i requested because then & only then have we had a problem, so if u order from this place i would advise u to go in and wait for your order to be made fresh otherwise you will be disappointed in 1 way or another.
