I did my first bike fitting here and it was awesome. Craig did a very dedicated and detailed work taking his time for a Q&A, flexibility assessment, etc and at the same time, always very open to explain the why's and giving me great insights for my learning. Technology and tools wise, it is really great as well. If you like a very professional and oustanding job but with that small business charm where you feel a valued customer, it is the right place.

I can’t recommend Pacific Cycling & Trathlon enough. Dealing with a frame warranty is usually a stressful process, but the team here made it seamless. They handled all the communication with the manufacturer, kept me updated every step of the way, and even went the extra mile to swap my components onto the new frame with precision. It’s rare to find a shop that stands behind their riders like this. If you want a shop that has your back long after the initial sale, this is the place.

I brought my Specialized Stumpjumper 15 in for service and left seriously impressed. Pacific Cycling & Triathlon is one of the few shops in Fairfield County, CT that’s truly equipped for high-end mountain bikes, the team knew exactly how to set up a full-suspension MTB (sag, rebound, cockpit, tubeless, dropper) and got everything dialed the way it should be. I’ve tried other shops locally that didn’t have the tools or the know-how; Pacific absolutely does.

Service & expertise: Friendly, fast, and deeply knowledgeable. Every visit turns into a mini masterclass, I end up hanging around nerding out about bikes, local trails, and riding because the staff actually rides and it shows.

Out-of-towner trying to locate a specific bike which Pacific had in stock. Communication was great and easy. Discussed buildout with Kevin, who had some great suggestions regarding wheelsets. I decided to take his advice on this purchase. While picking up the new bike, I had my older MTB serviced with new dropper and brake pads, and my shifting is back to great. Highly recommend.

Pacific Cycling is my go-to bike shop without hesitation. I recently had my bike tuned up and the tires replaced. They did a fabulous job, returning my bike the next day and making the bike feel new again. Juan, the head mechanic is a master at what he does and Julie, the owner, is kind, responsive and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend their shop highly enough!! They are truly first rate!
