I brought my Specialized Stumpjumper 15 in for service and left seriously impressed. Pacific Cycling & Triathlon is one of the few shops in Fairfield County, CT that’s truly equipped for high-end mountain bikes, the team knew exactly how to set up a full-suspension MTB (sag, rebound, cockpit, tubeless, dropper) and got everything dialed the way it should be. I’ve tried other shops locally that didn’t have the tools or the know-how; Pacific absolutely does.

Service & expertise: Friendly, fast, and deeply knowledgeable. Every visit turns into a mini masterclass, I end up hanging around nerding out about bikes, local trails, and riding because the staff actually rides and it shows.

Bike fitting: They’re among the most capable bike fitters in the area. If you need a professional bike fit for road, tri, or MTB, this is the place to get comfortable, efficient, and injury-free.

Selection: From kids’ bikes to road bikes, e-bikes, and racks/accessories, they’ve got the essentials covered, plus the parts and tools to keep serious riders rolling.

Out-of-towner trying to locate a specific bike which Pacific had in stock. Communication was great and easy. Discussed buildout with Kevin, who had some great suggestions regarding wheelsets. I decided to take his advice on this purchase. While picking up the new bike, I had my older MTB serviced with new dropper and brake pads, and my shifting is back to great. Highly recommend.

Pacific Cycling is my go-to bike shop without hesitation. I recently had my bike tuned up and the tires replaced. They did a fabulous job, returning my bike the next day and making the bike feel new again. Juan, the head mechanic is a master at what he does and Julie, the owner, is kind, responsive and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend their shop highly enough!! They are truly first rate!

Had a great experience at Pacific Cycling & Triathlon! Kevin helped me figure out an issue with my derailleur and went above and beyond to get it fixed as soon as possible, completely on his own initiative. The problem was sorted out within a few hours, and my bike’s been running smoothly since. Really appreciate the awesome service. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends and teammates. Called in the mornning asking for a random piece (bike thru-axle) that I broke, left my name and number, and within 10 mins they called back with the piece there waiting for me. Good experience.

They have great merchandise, and have good advice for a new to cycling athlete. Fitting is available, which I've heard is excellent. I'll see definitely be back for more, and a fitting.
