Julie, Craig and the entire Pacific Team are fantastic. I had little knowledge of cycling and triathlons and they've been extremely helpful in fitting me to a bike that was in budget, guiding me on strategy and nutrition plans for my race, and helping me with various other questions throughout my journey. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly group, highly recommend!

The crew at Pacific are great. Julie, Juan, Craig and Kevin all are knowlegdeable about everything within the four walls of their store and the sport and mechanics of cycling. It is the best of both worlds: the vibe of a neighborhood “shop” and the expertise of experienced professionals. Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or a newbie looking for your first adult bike, this is where you need to go!
Everyone is highly knowledgeable about all aspects of cycling. From bike fit to purchase and beyond, my experience has been positive and pleasurable. Just explain what kind of cycling you want to do and they will make sure you get the right bike for you.
