Best cycling and triathlon shop! As someone who is relatively new to triathlon, I needed all the help and advice I could get for purchasing a new triathlon bike. Pacific Cycling was amazing throughout the entire process, including a proper bike fit, advice on specs and options, and overall bike build. With the attention to detail on my most recent frame-up build — from my fit with Lori to ensure my position was dialed as intended, sourcing the specific frame and parts with Julie, and prescribing exactly how I wanted the bike built up with Kevin and Juan — I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience and the end result. Beyond that, I quite literally trust these folks with my life as I’m descending at 50 MPH, and that trust is not something you can get everywhere.

This is the best bike shop I've ever been too, including the West coast. I'm returning to sprint triathlon after several years off. When my training cycle needed to be replaced, I came to Pacific to purchase a new bike because the needs of tri are different than road cycling and they understand everything about transitions, etc. They set me up with the perfect bike for me. A few weeks later, I had a minor wipeout and the handlebars needed to be straightened, so I took it back for maintenance. What an excellent experience! Pacific was in clear communication with me the entire time and the repair was done quickly for a very reasonable price. Their staff is so totally diesel, and knows so much about cycling! It's a fun place to drop into, plus you can be 100% per cent confident that your bike is in top shape when you pick it up from the shop.

I just bought my new triathlon watch the garmin 965 and I love it ! Kevin took the time to show me how to use / set it up like he does with all the equipment you buy) huge plus makes it so easy and fun to start using new gear for someone like me who isn’t that fast at new gadgets !!! I love the pacific team and couldn’t be happier.
