Pacific is the premier bike fitter in the area. I used them when I was having issues with my bike. The process takes awhile covering riding style, goals and then measuring you on their adjustable fitting bike to optimize position. After bringing in my road bike I went back for a fit on my indoor training bike. Besides that they have bikes and accessories for cruisers to racers. And hope they get to bring back the cafe soon.

Came here a few weeks ago for back tire fix. Ended up having to get a whole new tire but the service was quick, informative, and didn't kill my pockets. AND they had a pretty dope Stevie Wonder playlist going. Definitely plan on going back there for bike tune ups and any other bike items or advance I may need. Thank you to Kevin for all your assistance

I have been interested in getting into the cycling world and was hoping to get more information from this shop. The woman that I believe is the owner was very rude. I simply asked a few questions about which bike she would recommend (especially for a beginner) and the different price points. You would of thought I asked her to go assemble a bike for me... she seemed annoyed with me and had an attitude with all of her answers. I guess I didn't "look" like I would buy a bike from them. I will never be going into this shop again.

I picked up my Cervelo Caledonia 5 yesterday from Pacific Cycling and Triathlon and could not be happier. I consider myself lucky to find this bike and luckier to find it at Pacific Cycling and Triathlon. From the prompt response to my initial inquiry by Julie, to the quality of service and attention provided by Kevin and Julie. Although I live in the Bronx, Pacific Cycling and Triathlon is now my LBS. Thank You!

Julie, Lori, Juan and Kevin - yes I know each one as each one has at multiple time given me great guidance, advise and service. I have bought my gravel bike (a really nice Parlee), lots of gear and had each of my bikes serviced and in each case have been given all the time and attention I could have asked for. They are my Bike Shop!PS the Cafe is great to meet up with friends for coffee.

Can’t say enough great things about Pacific! Juan works miracles, Lori is a magician, and Julie works so hard to get to know and look out for her customers! My go to for all things tri related!

These people are amazing. They're my go-to for everything bicycle-related. COVID put a bit of a drag on things, but before this whole thing happened, I ended up getting a bike fit from them, and then ended up buying a Cannondale road bike from them, which they fitted to my weirdly-shaped body. They're amazing to work with; even with Amazon having issues, they tend to have everything I've wanted either in-stock or available next day.

Knowledgeable(!), helpful, enthusiastic and patient without the pressure. Great honest service

I was referred to Julie and Pacific Cycling by Jonathan Blyer of Acme Bicycles in Brooklyn as her store in Stamford is close by. She sold me a TACX S trainer and had her colleague spend an entire hour with me setting it up, getting it synced to my phone and teaching me how to get my wheel on and off of it. The service was amazing and something I never got from my previous LBS. I'll be sending all my business (and my friends) to Julie at Pacific. So happy with the purchase and the service.

I hate this place. In the past I have bought specialized bikes for my son here. No one ever asked to adjust his seat, it was just handed to me after it was built. It wasn't until I went to a different bike shop that realized what good service was. The staff was never friendly, but I chalked it up to them being short staffed. I think the good reviews are most likely from customers with high spending potential. As a glutton for punishment I returned to this place because of its proximity to my home. I went in again to ask about a few items that I was interested in buying, but they spoke down to us. No ones likes being snubbed and made to feel stupid. My presence seemed to be a nuisance and they seemed a little annoyed with us. Both ladies were curt and abrasive. Both my husband and I got the same impression and we felt very uneasy, like second class citizens.

I bought a new bike from PC&T a couple of years ago and they did a great job of ensuring that I got a bike that fit well. But even more impressive is the quality of their service. I recently had the bike tuned up and it is as good as new!

Julie and her team are awesome! I am recently back to cycling after a long hiatus and they helped me get onto a specialized roubaix which has been perfect for me. The team was able to fit me within a cm of perfect just by looking at me (obviously less hands on these days with the virus) and then adjusted to perfect. Julie has been really helpful and responsive by email and phone during the quarantine. Getting a power crank and computer next and Julie has helped select the right one. Can't wait until the shop is fully open again as it's a great all around experience.
