SKIP THIS LOCATION! To say the quality of the food was sub-par would be a wild understatement. The $20 sandwich had such little chicken it’s laughable and a minuscule pinch of bacon bits that I paid extra for just in 1 tiny spot on the sandwich. The veggies on the sandwich were good, the bread okay, but the meats were unappetizingly chewy and seemingly different and much worse from recent orders. The French onion soup tasted very off, like it was mixed with tomato sauce or soup. The full baguette loaf is inedible. I know they recently went through a process change, which I did think lowered quality, but what I received today was clearly old. I’ve had issues the last 2 times with this location as well but; hoping it’s just this location that’s become so terrible and not all of them. Skip this location and save your money, it’s not worth the frustration and disappointment that comes from this location’s consistent issues with quality and order accuracy.

Every time I have ordered from this particular branch … the soups were slightly lumpy and also saltier than other branches … same with the sandwiches … they had that extra bit of salt …
I wonder why ?
Never experienced this in other panera branches I have been to.

Food good ..service sucked two woman in back stood talking while me and other customers waited for our food blatantly ignoring us while they stood there having a conversation it was so unprofessional. Guys working in back were hustling but those two girls were the worst!

Each visit consistently exceeds my expectations, thanks to the meticulous attention to detail when preparing my order and the proactive communication about any necessary substitutions (such as a bread swap etc.).

One experience, in particular, stands out. After traveling up from NYC, I arrived at your location just 15 minutes before closing. While many teams might be eager to wrap up for the night, your staff greeted me with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring my order was prepared with the same care and attention as if it were the middle of the day. That level of dedication speaks volumes about the work ethic and commitment of your team.

A special acknowledgment goes to K. Torres, who consistently demonstrates the highest level of professionalism. Regardless of what kind of day I’m having, she has a way of making each visit a little brighter.

Experiencing such outstanding service from a team that is, in many cases, a generation removed (their early 20-30's) from nostalgic time when hospitality standards were higher; gives me great hope for the future. At the very least, it is a testament to the fantastic leadership and training provided by the management team.

Ordered new bagel stack sandwich from Stamford, CT location. False advertising to say the least. I had to physically take my sandwich apart to see if it had all the ingredients listed and shown. I thought they forgot the chicken, but wait..there were a couple of chicken shavings in there, but not chicken in every bite. Fix this or your location will go out of business. If this happens on my next purchase I will never go there again.

In town for a sporting event, my daughter's wanted Panera. Order was placed online, drove 15 to 20 minutes to get there, was given a 12:44 pick up time,order wasn't ready until 1:10. At least 10 frustrated people also patiently waiting for their late orders as well. Drove 15 minutes back to sporting event only to find the order was completely wrong. This location has a very small and extremely tight parking area. Returned to location, manager was nice and refunded my money for the wrong items. I never plan to visit this location again.
