I had a nice experience with Team Leader Jacob. The soda machine ice maker was down and rather than waiting for the repair, he took the initiative to bring ice from the ice maker in the back in order to make sure patrons could enjoy cold beverages. Much appreciated.

I usually or takeout from this location but today I had the pleasure of dining in. 10++ the service was exceptional, and the food was excellent. Tables were clean and overall it was a great experience. Will definitely be back ❤️❤️❤️

Every time I have ordered from this particular branch … the soups were slightly lumpy and also saltier than other branches … same with the sandwiches … they had that extra bit of salt …
I wonder why ?
Never experienced this in other panera branches I have been to.
