We stopped here on our way to New Hampshire. The food was ok. Nothing exceptional. The waitress took our order and then maybe check on us once. I actually had to ask for the toast for our food, coffee and water. Then everyone disappeared so I had to find someone to get us our check to leave.

Couldn’t be more disappointed. Several previous reviews have it correct - at a diner one expects decent to large portions at reasonable prices - not Parkway! Overpriced lunch, waitress got the order wrong (and the booth next to us, too). Dumbfounding how some local professional reviewers give this dump high praise. Dirty, old, overpriced, poor service (at least on this particular day) and mediocre food. What’s not to like?!

Blintzes (from a box, not homemade) were fried in lard or grease you could taste. So were home fries and eggs. Place looks old and shabby and food fried in grease doesn’t help. So so place.
Welcoming group of staff with quick service and delicious food ... what more can you ask of an exceptional diner

It’s very overpriced for the quality of the food. Service is unpleasant as if they are annoyed you are there. Place needs a deep cleaning.

Absolutely fantastic diner food with very friendly staff. Enormously welcoming of children with crayons for drawing and a fun arcade game in the front where you always win a prize. This place is highly recommended if you’re on 15 and want to eat outside of the service area system.

Our waiter was very friendly, responsive and welcoming. He was the part of our visit that stood out most! The menu provided lots of options as they serve breakfast all day. Some of our food was slightly overcooked & dry but it came out quick. This was a nice stop on our trip.

Waitstaff was great. This place is dated and dirty. Diners typically offer large portions at low prices. Not Parkway! The water has an odd taste and the Ketchup seems rancid. The bathrooms are dirty and the floor is sticky throughout the dining room. We debated getting up and walking out before ordering and should have followed our instincts. They either don’t have AC or are throng to save money. Probably should have known it was bad based on the fact that there was almost nobody in the restaurant. Find a better option.

The waiter who helped us was very solicitous. My son said it was the best ginger ale he’d ever had, probably the combination of syrup and soda. The food came quick and was OK, delighted to be in such a historic restaurant.
I liked that they had their entire menu open that you could order anything for breakfast. My burger was okay fries were a little chewy. Waitress didn’t seem overwhelmed that we were there and it was a little cramped. Not awful, but nothing to drive out of the way for,
Lovely dining experience. Breakfast was great. Delicious corned beef hash. Don't forget to try the donuts. Very friendly staff.
Classic diner experience. Got a Reuben, which was by the books, fries on the side were a little lacking in quantity but otherwise no complaints!
