Most of what we bought here was stale and ridiculously dry, to the point where we couldn't even eat the rainbow/tri-colour cookies or expensive cake. SO LAME.Don't be sucked in by the looks of it! Skip it.

I just love it here! The hours are great, you can go for a morning coffee run or a late night dessert! Their salads are 10/10!

Most overrated pastry place. I grew up in Norwalk, lived in Brooklyn and San Diego too, and can say this place is not worth it. Me and my wife tried multiple pastries, cookies, and cakes…..none were good. Really sad if you think these pastries taste good.

I have given this place a chance multiple times out of convenience of being a Harbor Point resident, but will no longer. Aside from wait times for basic orders being extremely long, the staff is really what is disappointing. They are some of the rudest people I’ve ever met who have no regard for their customers. This place is not worth your time or money. You’ll just end up leaving pissed with an average overpriced meal/coffee and aggravation from how you’ve been treated for simply existing by the girl behind the counter. Go somewhere else.

The girl that works there is rlly rude, My friend was just asking a simple question (If they have something to decore a cake for a for birthday) and she got annoyed just because of that.Customer service is very important, we end up not buying anything

Just know that there are no seats. This is take-out only. The Linzer cookies are excellent. Made, yes, with almond flour. Terrific. What they call a Quiche Lorraine is not a Quiche Lorraine. That beautiful creation is a egg/cream/Gruyere custard with copious amounts of shallots and bacon, in a pie crust. So, what is it here? It's more like a Spanish Tortilla - an egg pie, a dense one. To my palate, it was undersalted, and despite some ham and bacon, and red pepper, it had no flavor, but that's easily fixed. Seemed to have no cheese at all, a signature of a true quiche.Another fine item is their in-house baguette. I recommend it.They deserve your business. If the ownee decides to go for it and make a real Quiche Lorraine, I will drive up from New York City to try it. Owner, let me know!!

The only reason I am giving a one star is because something needs to change they need a menu and something that shows the prices - the food looked really good, but I am not making assumptions as to what it is or how it is made, I asked the girl at the counter for a menu or a list of prices, and she was very nice, apologized, and said I could tell you what each one is. There were multiple options and for lunchtime, there was a line, so I was not about to waste mine or other peoples time. Ended up walking out.

Beware of certain staff in the store! I like many of the food there, so it used to be my go to place for deli. But I would no longer visit there often. This evening a young male worked at the check-out withhold my credit card forcing me to add tips when I only got a box of deli pasta (I didn't ask to warm) and a piece of chocolate cake. I add tips when I feel the service deserves it, but not for some guy only swiping my credit card for me. I added $1 dollar tips persuading me the chef deserves it. Still he wasted me one more minute by not returning my credit card with the receipt. Good job sending away a frequent customer!

Always great service. One of the check out ladies - didn’t get her name but she always works the late nights on Sunday/Saturdays with the dark brown/black hair, went above and beyond. No cooks on site but still toasted my sandwich after I told her I could deal with it. Above and beyond my expectations ofcustomer service.

Stopped in here with my parents after lunch for a quick cup of coffee. They are extremely rude. I asked for an iced mocha and when it came out hot, woman at the counter looked at me and said "you didn't ask for ice" and said it was $1 extra....to pour it over ice? Meanwhile the menu says hot and iced are the same price. When my mom questioned why they are the same price on the menu, she replied "probably because they are" ...what?? Never coming back here, so rude for no reason. Will gladly take my business elsewhere! There are so many better spots for coffee.

Gross Pastries!! Not worth the price!! All the pastries are very over priced. I dont know how this place stays in business in harbor point.

The girls who were serving us were really rude. One server had blonde hair and the other had black hair. They seemingly had an issue with everything my friend and I requested — more milk = extra charge, rude looks… they didn’t actively ask to serve us, we had to ask them to even prompt an order. they seemed a bit confused when we asked about specifics for our orders so it just felt really unhelpful and the environment felt extremely hostile. And it’s crazy overpriced. I would not recommend.

I have lived in the Harbor Point area for several years and have been going to Salzburg ever since I moved. Unfortunately, for the past several months, I have had a rather disappointing experience . From the moment you walked in, it is evident that the customer service is lacking. The staff seemed more interested in their own conversations than attending to customers. There is a prevailing sense that the staff are disinterested in their roles. Their body language and interactions with customers convey a message of indifference and unwillingness to provide a positive customer service. It's disheartening to spend your hard-earned money at a place where it's apparent that the staff lacks motivation and dedication to their work.I used to Salzburg at least every other day. Now, rather find other local options as the last thing I want is to be provided poor or unpleasant customer service.
