A Stamford landmark, this restaurant serves traditional Italian cuisine in a family-friendly setting. I had the Chicken Parmegian and the wife the Chicken Piccata. Delisiosa!
The food we ordered there was terrible. No effort in cooking
One of my favorite places to eat with family.
Carlos is one of our favorite server we love the food too❤️🩹 Stamford Italian food staple
This Italian restaurant is excellent. Full menu with pizzas, pasta, veal, seafood, chicken etc. I had clams oreganato and baked shells, both were very good. Very nice people wait on you. The host and hostess are gracious. This restaurant has been around since 1947.
Being eating here for about 60 years! It never disappoints. Good, home-style cooking...no fancy shmancy stuff.
Very nice Italian restaurant. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic meal. Excellent service and very nice ambiance as well.

Great food. Has been around for decades. A fixture in the very changed neighborhood, but still the same restaurant.

I was actually in town to pick up a vehicle that I had purchased just a few days before.
I stopped in to grab a bite.
(this place is very Italian ?)
I didn’t want to eat anything too heavy because it was 12:30 in the afternoon .. I looked at a couple of different options on the menu .
The bartender recommended the Italian sandwich.
The meats on the sandwich are imported from Italy , and the portions of meat and cheese and lettuce and tomato were appropriate. The sandwich only came with oil on it. I did not dress it with any mayo or salt and pepper which I had the option to do so because I like to try something the way that it comes out of the kitchen. It was really really good the way that it was.
I was definitely not disappointed with my choice.
The bar was clean . The restroom was clean. All of the staff was very friendly and very helpful. This place has been open for 75 years and I can definitely see why ?
I would come back to this place for another meal ?
If you are in Stamford , Pelliccis It is definitely worth your time.

Sitting at the bar, minding our business, have been going there for years, spending a lot of money and recommending it to friends and coworkers and treated like complete trash tonight. Yelled at by owners family who were drunk and inappropriate. Will never, ever go back again and neither will any friends, acquaintances or family.
I should have left this review 5 years ago......time flies.
Me and my father were driving back from South Carolina, we had driven about 13 hours between us enroute to Massachusetts. We ate light while on the road, and wanted to get over the Washington bridge before stopping for the night. We had our eyes on a nice meal before calling it a night. The traffic at the bridge pushed our arrival time to 9-930pm. We were hungry, and drained. We began making calls at around 8pm to restaurants that would seat and serve us at 9pm.
After being turned away by multiple establishments (understandably, given the hour on a weekday) We landed at peliccis.
Greeted by Angelo, the bartender. We were the only patrons in the building, asked him what time they close/the kitchen closes. "We aren't going to throw you out". We had our eyes all day on a divisional NFL game that night and he was quick to tune the TV in to for us. My father and I enjoyed two fantastic meals, steak, and a pasta/meatball dish, along with a couple cocktails. All the while Angelo proving to be a gracious host and conversationalist. He was more than welcoming, a warmth that hit exactly when we needed it. A soothing end to our trip we couldn't have asked for a better night. We still talk about this experience, Angelo, to this day.

Pellicci’s was great. It’s a favorite old place that’s been in Stamford for a long time. My 50th high school class reunion went there for our celebration and it was terrific. The service was great. The food was great. And the whole experience was delightful.
