Very chill spot. The coffee is really good and so is the expresso. The bagels are from a local bakery called Eric’s Bagels and the two times I did have one they were really good and fresh.

I get coffee there everyday in the morning! I love my coffee and the people that works at proof. The only problem is: they’re shorted staff in the morning and it takes you 10-15 minutes in line to get a coffee since is only 1 person there to take the orders and make the coffee. But in the afternoon they normally have 3 people there?!
My question for the owners is why not add more staff in the morning since is the busiest time?
This is just my honest review being a loyal customer!

Recently moved to HP and love that this coffee shop is on the route I walk my dog. The staff are so nice! They offer your dog milk bone cookies, which is so cute.
I got an iced latte both visits, and the taste is consistent. The espresso is nice and strong, despite the milk and ice. The everything bagel with cream cheese was chefs kiss. I felt the amount of cream cheese, while on the lighter side, was perfect. Not the giant globs you get at bagel shops.
What really solidified this place and will make me a regular is that my dog knocked my latte over while I was getting up to grab my bagel. Half the container spilled. So of course I was mortified and sad about losing my coffee, but the guy who was working made me a new coffee and was so sweet about it. Love this place!

Very cute outdoor coffee stand at a little apartment complex park near the train station. The staff were very friendly and the coffee is delicious, really great (had a latte). However, the food situation was disappointing. They advertise yogurt parfaits, pastries, and hot sandwiches, but almost none of the things were available. I would suggest that management make clear what hours food is actually offered and served!
