There are so few espresso places in this neighborhood, I was really hoping for a good coffee experience here. There was a lot of hype and good reviews online. It is a cute shack, no indoor space but nearby seating in the park.
My first trip here was for a flat white around 7am, but they did not have any espresso beans! The young lady was pleasant about it, but seriously! A few days later I tried again for a cap around 7:30am with a different young lady.
The coffee appeared at the pickup window around the other side about 30 seconds later. The coffee was barely warm, no taste, no microfoam, stale cap foam. It was disappointing.
I’ll try one more time, and if it’s different I’ll update this review.

The coffee is well made and you can tell that the beans are quality. The staff is polite and sweet. With rising coffee prices they had to raise their prices but had the courtesy and heart to explain it to their customers.

I was walking through Harbor Point and found Proof Coffee Roasters—such a cozy spot with plenty of sitting. Tried their Guatemala drip and it was really, really good. Had the white peach green tea that was recommended by the fellow on the line and was not disappointed too - so refreshing! Loved that they have a bunch of single-origin beans to choose from.

Very chill spot. The coffee is really good and so is the expresso. The bagels are from a local bakery called Eric’s Bagels and the two times I did have one they were really good and fresh.

I get coffee there everyday in the morning! I love my coffee and the people that works at proof. The only problem is: they’re shorted staff in the morning and it takes you 10-15 minutes in line to get a coffee since is only 1 person there to take the orders and make the coffee. But in the afternoon they normally have 3 people there?!
My question for the owners is why not add more staff in the morning since is the busiest time?
This is just my honest review being a loyal customer!
