Went with my wife on Tuesday we love the Delicious fresh Mexican food, Frances was amazing she was on top of everything she was very friendly we didn’t know what to order she give us a recommendation on food was delicious also she recommended the piña colada was a good choice we will recommend Puerto Vallarta to our friends.

Got taco al pastor don’t recommend didn’t even taste like a al pastor taco at all!! The coconut shrimp was good. The passion fruit margarita was good as well. Place was beautiful but my waiter in particular made experience bad. After we got our food he did not check in at all for a good hour. I wanted another drink and couldn’t even get one, it wasn’t until they cleaned my table and I was able to ask for a drink. Waiter juan made me not want to go back again at all & it was a pricey spot & was not worth it at all. Never again

The food was incredible. Felipe was one of the most attentive, kind waiters. We have ever had. Highly recommend. Ask for Felipe.

To the Puerto Vallarta team, your work is exceptional. I am so glad I was introduced to this restaurant. I have taken it upon myself to spread the word about this restaurant and their staff. I have hosted my entire family—meaning, nuclear and extended family members, friends, and colleagues. From the many visits here, two people have stood out to me the most. And those are: Kevin (the bartender) and Lady D. (the waitress). These two have made it their mission to make my night the best night ever, every-time. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, the food. Well-presented, delicious, and there’s always room for dessert.

Anytime I dine here, it’s always a new experience. And I mean that in the best way possible. From the hosts to the bartenders to the waiters—impeccable service. I must mention Lady D. She has been my waitress various time—and each time she exceeds my expectations. She goes above and beyond for your dining experience. We went to the restaurant recommended by a friend on our trip to
USA from England. I was very pleased with the excellent service received by Lady D, the food was exquisite and of course it was! We would return to this place, and I very much want to have the same quality of customer service and excellent food. The place has a very good atmosphere. A 10 out of 10.

Five of us went for my dad’s 80th birthday dinner, never been there before. Made a reservation and were put in a cute booth that blocked out some of the main room’s noise. The guacamole is made tableside and is absolutely delicious. None of our dishes are on the recommended below! The skirt steak, shrimp, chicken.. all our food was amazing and had enough for lunch tomorrow. The “birthday tower” (not sure its actual name!) with multiple desserts was PERFECT for a big number birthday, thank you for a great meal that made my dad so happy on his day!!

Parking: Parking is under the mall (paid meters) and there’s also valet. No shortage of spaces!

I had an amazing experience due to my server named Lady, she was exceptional! She was so attentive and friendly which created a welcoming atmosphere right from the start. The menu offered a diverse selection, allowing for personalized choices, and the speed of service was impressive, ensuring our meals arrived fresh and hot. Additionally, her knowledge about the dishes showcased her dedication and passion, making recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes. Overall, it was a combination of great food, warm hospitality, and efficient service that made this experience truly memorable. 10/10 I would request her as my server every time, she was amazing!
