I did an order for takeout at this Location. I was greeted by an African-American woman, and I had told them that my order wasn’t in the refrigerator. She caught an attitude, barely made eye contact and was on the phone the whole time while she was trying to make the smoothie there was chunks of fruit inside my smoothie it wasn’t even blended well. I picked up my order today at 5:45 PM. I’ve ordered so many times in the past, and this was a horrible experience I may go to a different place going forward.

I asked for an Only carrot and orange mix of the Gshot and ginger was put in it anyway. I left without tasting the drink and it was very excessive ginger to the point where my stomach was hurting. the drink wasn’t good at all. I asked for only two things and it couldn’t be done. I tried calling but there is no one who answers. Bad customer service and bad listeners. Staff was friendly but, did not listen well enough, i wont be coming here again..

Good stuff here by does no1 pick up the phone?
I ordered two different açai bowls and when I got home, I realize they gave me two of the same bowl. I’ve made over 10 calls to them back to back and no one answered the phone. The phone is actually still ringing as I’m typing this message.
