Overall it's an okay smoothie place. It's a bit expensive but I liked what I got. A hummingbird smoothie was not too sweet and very refreshing but small was over $6

Extremely wasteful! I paid for a medium and they throw out half the ingredients that I paid for! I know for a fact it is not policy to throw out ingredients that I paid for because every other time they have given me the full ingredients that I paid for. Extremely disappointed in the amount of waste and worst of all the service was incredibly rude laughing that they don't care.

Employees are kids with attitudes, sitting down, chatting loudly, not paying attention when costumers are in I mean the list goes on. This place needs a grown up manager all day long especially at night.

This was the first time I have ever eaten at Robeks. I actually was going to go to the international house of pancakes across the street, but it was packed and had a line. Robeks had a very good avocado and egg toast, which in combination with one of their protein rich smoothies worked out very well for a great breakfast before a sports tournament I was headed for. Nice healthy food, and only a little bit more expensive than IHOP. Nice people and good service as well.

It pains me to write this but I will never visit this location again due to their terrible service during our last three visits. Their smoothies and bowls remain as delicious as ever, but the employees have run this location into the ground. Three times in a row we've ordered pickup on the app, and all three times we waited for over 30 minutes AFTER the pickup time. When my wife arrived to pick up our drinks/bowls, she was told they didn't have an order, only to look over at their receipts and see an order was placed 15 minutes prior. The employees openly complained to each other that they had to make our order, then took another 15 minutes only to make the wrong bowl. This was pointed out and it took another 15 minutes to remake that one single bowl, which was still missing ingredients but at that point I was over it. 50 minutes from when we placed an order to make one smoothly and two bowls...incorrectly. I have pretty low service standards for a smoothie joint and we used to come here a couple times a week, but after three experiences like this in a row we're throwing in the towel.

I'm so disappointed with what's happening in Stamford. It seems like the businesses are going down hill. Based on my 5 star review from 6 years ago, I have continued being a frequent customer and never changed my star rating. Unfortunately, I had to change it today. I visit this location maybe once a week and it's always a mobile order. Last weekend, we placed our order, arrived on time, and waited over 20 minutes over the time we requested for pickup, only for an employee to finally acknowledge that we were waiting for our order...and it was just sitting next to the blenders the entire time. They made it but didn't package it and put it in the fridge. No, they just left it sitting out for well over 30 minutes (based on when we placed the order and waited for it in store). However, we thought maybe it was an off day and decided to visit again this morning. Another mobile order, arrived slightly passed the pickup time, but still, no order in the fridge. My husband waited in line for a full 30 minutes to finally receive our mobile order. On top of that, my husband ordered coconut for his bowl and they didn't even add it, though it was paid for. Again, it shouldn't take over 40 minutes to make a smoothie and a bowl. The mobile order gives enough time to prepare those things (it's roughly a 15-18 minute timeframe). When people place mobile orders, it should be based on when orders are placed, whether other orders are made in store or mobile. It's quite frustrating to see customers come in after us and leave before us when placing in-store orders.

mahalo mango is too good! my only regret is getting medium instead of a large some smoothie places make smoothies way too sweet but this smoothie was PERFECT. they made it quickly and delicious.
