HSB- you're not in India. This business is operating in United States which is land of the free and home of the brave. You need to start treating your customers the right way.
I was so happy that I found one more HSB on my way and wanted to enjoy Really good food but you guys spoiled my mood and I didn't eat anything for the whole night. Thank you so much! You do great business.

Our biggest gripe was the service, I think the management should give serious thought with how they operate their establishment.
When we sat we had to wait around 10-15 minutes just for the menus, after that we waited around another 15 for any interaction from the server; we literally had to hunt them down to take our order. This is where it really took a turn down hill, we waited around 45 minutes to receive our food, even then they were staggered and the last dish came out about 30 minutes after everything else. This normally wouldn't be a problem but we saw multiple tables come in after us and be served their food within 10 minutes, it just shows the inefficiency of whatever semblance of a system they have.

We got the South Indian thali with poori. It was good but it was a bad experience. The ambience is ok. The staff are friendly.
We got a comfortable table near the window. The staff was courteous to close the curtains for us because of the sun.
The thali was good but the quantities of the curries are not enough. When we asked for more they said only one is free and we have to pay extra for more. This is my first experience in life not having enough sides to complete a thali. Very disappointing. I didn’t understand their concept. It felt like they were also understaffed during the lunch rush because they forgot two orders and then nobody came for asking if we needed a bill or anything else.

Dosas are great. garlic naan was nice as we're the mushroom ? curry and the vegetable curry. Both delish with medium spice hitting perfectly. Clean open air spot glass wall kitchen viewable with very friendly helpful servers. Will be back as pricing is reasonable and didn't miss the lamb or chicken too much. Very filling tasty meal....
