My wife and I just moved to downtown Stamford and were looking for a quick breakfast within walking distance from our new apartment. Came across Season's which is a quite small but quaint diner/restaurant. Liz our server was so nice and welcoming. Food was great and will be definitely going back again.

We came for breakfast. I ordered the health slaw and fruit salad, an egg and chef made home fries. My husband who can’t eat eggs had smoked salmon.Dietary restrictions: Eggs

Great breakfast sandwich + excellent, friendly customer service that made my morning + old-school diner with a nostalgic feel and big menu = happy customer, and I'll definitely be back to try their lunch specials!

Stopped in for lunch cute little tuck away place. Staff is very nice and attentive. It is a cozy place so conversations are flowing. Met a really cool guy at the table next door his name is george or Gregg sorry bud can’t remember witch one I could not remember who you looked like but now I do it is Agent Booth from the show Bones. I enjoyed the chat spoke a little about politics and fatherhood. I bring this up because it’s about environment and culture of place that makes it so great. Thanks Seasons Eat for bring us culture and glad to meet you Gregg or should I say Bones I will see you around

They accommodated a last minute lunch just four hours before i was to host 15 people. I didn’t even have to look at a menu. Liz took care of everything. She was a pro. Excellent service here.

Bad Service, Unfair to My Husband**The server, an older white lady, I forgot her name but it was the oldest server lady there, was not nice to my husband, who is a dark brown skinned man. She asked me and our son how our food was but didn't ask my husband and right after she asked me, she passes him slowly looking at him up and down without asking him “how was his food” and She looked at him in a mean way.Everytime she called him sir she would emphasize it in such a rude way, like if she was bothered by his existence. Also, they didn't give my husband enough food. He got only one slice of ham in his sandwich, but mine and our son's had a lot. It seemed unfair and not right.Other white people that came in would just stare at my husband strangely. The environment wasn’t welcoming at all.I'm writing this to let others, especially people of color, know what happened. This should not happen at a restaurant. I hope they fix this problem so everyone is treated the same.

Let's do it. The service was phenomenal. The spot is cute and has a nice vibe. I ordered a soup and a salad the soup was Lobster Chowder it had a great base creamy lots of potatoes seasoned well I think it might have had noodles in it but I didn't taste one piece of lobster and I ate the whole thing. If it's called lobster, I should see it on my spoon, not every spoon but some off them. Great soup, no Lobster. I ordered a Roasted Red Pepper Salad with fresh Mozzarella and Prosciutto. I didn't eat it. If your gonna charge 10.00 for small salad I want the stars of the Salad in abundance it was a little bit of roasted peppers a sprinkle of mozzarella and mad tomatoes and cucumbers no...I wanted plenty of fresh mozzarella and roasted red peppers I should have just customized the salad and ordered Lettuce extra mozzarella roasted peppers with red onion and olive oil. It was a nice place. I would definitely go back for the soup and the service. And the homemade croutons they gave me for my soup.
