We came to Shake Shack to have burgers, fries and shakes and you were out of milk to make shakes, which is ridiculous. Your manager on duty should have gone to the store to buy milk or walk across the parking lot to buy milk at CVS.

Third time I order online for pick up on a Sunday. Will NOT order it again. My order took 30min to be ready. I live 5min away and when I get home with my order, the food was cold, patties where burned and milkshakes were fully melted. Third time that happens, always on Sundays.

Not the greatest place I've been to for Burgerorand Fries. Food looked thrown together with no love, the taste wasn't good. The atmosphere inside wasn't so good, staff just didn't interact with customers.

This was our 2nd time at SS, and it was just as delicious as the 1st time! We live in FL but come to CT for medical appointments and this place hits the spot! I get a chicken sandwich and my husband gets a burger, with a side of cheese fries, of course topping it off with shakes and YUMM! I take note on customer service when I go to an establishment and the employees here are friendly and seem the get along with eachother! That it’s important when running an establishment.
Shake Shack is a great brand, this location not so much. Food was subpar and service was incredibly slow despite being empty. I hope they work out the kinks at this location or the brand is dead.

Thought I'd give this place a 3rd try, still disappointing. When you enter- the cold air blows right ontop of your head as you walk in and as you exit, it makes absolutely no sense. And it's always cold as people walk in and out, thereby causing that air to turn on. But whatever, can get over it if the food order is right. We ordered our shakes after our meals and 15 mins into the wait I finally go to check on the order. Immediate eye roll from the workers as I asked about the 2 shakes. There were a number of shakes just sitting on the shelf, many of which had their whip cream melted. Another customer was waiting for the same thing. I told them my order, they gave me the shakes, without whip cream. I told them it was incorrect and they said im suppose to order the whipped cream in advance and I told them i did- I paid for it. So they pulled another off the shelf --of course mine had the melted whip cream, they didn't seem to notice or care. I asked them twice if they were sure this was the black and white shake as it looked like a chocolate shake, and they brushed me off. I tried it, and yep, a chocolate shake, at that point it was even worth the wait for another shake. No point in returning if your food isn't correct and it gets cold/melts by the time you receive it.
