Not the greatest place I've been to for Burgerorand Fries. Food looked thrown together with no love, the taste wasn't good. The atmosphere inside wasn't so good, staff just didn't interact with customers.

This was our 2nd time at SS, and it was just as delicious as the 1st time! We live in FL but come to CT for medical appointments and this place hits the spot! I get a chicken sandwich and my husband gets a burger, with a side of cheese fries, of course topping it off with shakes and YUMM! I take note on customer service when I go to an establishment and the employees here are friendly and seem the get along with eachother! That it’s important when running an establishment.

Shake Shack worker in men's restroom used toilet and left without washing his hands. Service is slow but personnel are friendly and courteous. Food is OK with sauce being the highlight.
