The mochi donut was not very chewy. The basque cheesecake was a bit dense. We saw some other people who ordered the bingsu and it didn't look very fluffy or appetizing. For the prices (all pastries $7-10, ices $12/15), I wouldn't come back here

Shiro is among some of the best bubble tea that you can have. However, this experience comes with knowing that usually they won’t have what you need in stock. I visited Shiro three times over the past three days over an hour before closing and not once did they have tapioca pearls in stock, making it so that I was unable to actually order the bubble tea that I wanted. I am extremely disappointed as a longtime customer of Shiro, and I do not see myself returning to such an unprofessional environment.

Milk teas are very good and you can substitute to oat milk for a non dairy option. Crepe cake is also very good

I came along after a terrible dinner at some restaurant nearby- i wanted a matcha dessert and saw this spot two mins away. I was intrigued with matcha tiramisu, i ate some on my way home. I was mind bobbled on how delicious it was! Now I am obsessed and need one near me. Thank you for the best dessert of my life!!

This is THE place to go in the summer if you live in the area.
The thing to get is the bingsu and the waffle - which are their specialities. The bingsu is heavenly - very light and sweet with a bunch of different toppings. I highly recommend the mango version.
The waffle was also delicious. Cooked very well - a bit of crunch but soft and chewy on the inside, with your choice of ice cream in the center.
Overall, this place is totally worth a try if you're in the area on a hot day! There's a lot of space inside too for seating

I'm so happy I found this place! A few years ago I visited a Vampire Penguin franchise down in Florida not knowing I was actually eating Bingsu. I ordered the strawberry bingsu and was presented with the most delicious dessert one could imagine. Large portions but not too filling. A great topper to a great dinner downtown
This place is amazing. I absolutely love their signature fruit tea. It always makes my day. I also love their layered crepe cake. I highly recommend this place and they are very quick. I’m dying to try their shaved ice because last time I came in a customer had it and it looked amazing! The inside is also extremely clean.
