Do NOT make the mistake of dining here. I made a yelp account just to post this review it was so bad an experience. Had Easter brunch here, right away the boom-blasted pop music was so painful to our ears as soon as we walked in the door. Fun for a nightclub but not 11am brunch. No one at my table could hear each other talk the entire hour we waited for our food. Asked the staff to lower the volume, they refused as it was part of the "experience". It took our server 15 minutes to greet us and he shared with us he did not know what Easter special we were referencing. Our server had no idea what the Easter brunch menu was- it took him 3 visits to the table to confuse us enough to spend $30 per person on cold eggs, dry toast, 1 strawberry cut into several pieces. After taking our order, the next time we saw him was when he dropped off the check. Never once checked in when we had our meals, even when half my husband's meal was 20 minutes late to be delivered on a separate plate. We had to practically beg another server to offer us butter for the dry toast and salt for the cold eggs- she said she'd be happy to bring us those, she never did. The only saving grace was Leah the manager who graciously gave us a 15% discount and didn't charge for our orange juices (apparently the server forgot to even add them to our check). Totally a waste of time and money. We all had headaches after the pounding music, wish we'd just stayed home.

Great day for a rooftop brunch! The food was delish, the service was good and the atmosphere was terrific. It was our first time having brunch there, definitely will be back and I highly recommend giving it a try.

We asked to sit on the quieter side and were pleased that we were able to converse normally. Our waitress was excellent and besides being very responsive and friendly she brought our attention to a prix fixe option that was not listed on the menu. Food was very good and we left very satisfied with our experience

The holiday motif / decorations make a big impact ! They did a great job of getting into the Christmas theme. The brunch food was pretty good - the breakfast pancake tacos and crunchy French toast were our favorites. The service was slow because we said we needed a few moments. We waited for some time for coffee to start us off - we warned if you ask for a few extra moments to think you are likely to wait double to triple that & then the wait staff don't always check in on you even when it's not fully busy ! also if you ask for real sugar for coffee you might be better off bringing your own - they had plenty of artificial sweeteners though ! Overall the company of friends and convo always helps any place - glad we celebrated the new year together with a pretty view :-)

Listen, my girlfriend and I came here for Brunch and had such an incredible time! I guarantee if you want to listen to great music while you eat and want to catch drinks with friends this is the place. The holiday drinks were amazing! I ordered the milk and cookies old fashioned, and peppermint mocha espresso martini!
I went to brunch with my girls on Sunday. It was absolutely amazing. Our server, Shannon was an absolute rockstar. She was super busy but kept on top of all of her tables. We never felt neglected or cheated with our bottomless mimosas. I don’t think we saw the bottom of our glasses. She even had another amazing server Ashton keep an eye on as the afternoon got busier and busier. The food and drinks were amazing. And I can’t say enough about Shannon and Ashton keeping us full and the vibes going. Also Radd came over and made sure we were being treated well. And of course Randy the elf kept the party going handing out the shots. Thank you all for the best brunch I’ve had in a long time!!

Raat was very friendly and nice. He made our dine in experience wonderful and pleasant. I was very needy and I complained a lot, however he still provided great service. He remained professional at all times. I will continue to come to this restaurant again. Overall great staff and great environment. Thank you Raaz for your patience and service

Excellent experience. We had a spontaneous weekend in Stamford and this was close to our hotel. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas! The staff was extremely friendly and delivered impeccable service. The vibe was so awesome! Will come back! Great food drinks and crowd!

I just want to give a big shout out to Raat the manager and Ray who works the kitchen! Thank you for all of your patience, kindness, and professionalism. Although none of the mistakes was your fault you had no problem trying to resolve the problem. Ray was sent back to the kitchen 5X and he still remained professional and kind. Raat was called to our table multiple times and he always remained stoic, professional and polite. Thank you for showing us the “Sign of The Whale” experience. I appreciate all that you guys do!!
