I bought a quesadilla. The name says *quesadilla* the only thing they served me was a flour and meat tortilla, it didn't have any cheese. They should improve their preparations and make the dishes as they are ?

Delicious Guatemalan food. Friendly atmosphere and staff. The dining area is not large by any means but it is cozy and helps drive the idea that you are eating at home. Had the Churrasco which comes with grilled green onions, steak, chirmol(muddled & charred pico de Gallo), rice and substituted the beans for fries. Comes with 2 hand made tortillas from scratch. I always stop by when I’m in the Stamford area. They speak Spanish and are always accommodating.
