I had it delivered to me and it is rare that thinks are just made perfectly- right temperature for food and my drink. Little things like this note says a lot about the person prepping my meal! Thank you, since it is wet and chilly out today!

I never write reviews, especially for a big company like Starbucks. However, I have been coming to Starbucks since forever! I want to give a special shout to barista Tiffany, who I stopped going to high ridge for and to here instead so that I could have her make my coffee everyday. She never fails to write a note on my cup no matter if it’s busy or not, and always thanks me when I should be thanking her. She is truly one of a kind where she puts so much dedication and effort to her job. When she’s not working, I never get a note on my cup and then I know my drink is not made with love or effort!! Everyone here is always usually friendly, but she is truly the best
Very respectful. And they have a diverse staff. I will be back!

Michelle is clearly exhausted! someone please give her a break. Better yet, give her shifts to someone who actually needs it more. The poor other baristas? They're just trying to survive, and take the blame when Michelle’s randomly clicked, totally incorrect orders get handed out. Because she doesn’t like taking orders, she just taps whatever button feels right in the moment. Who has time to confirm what the customer actually said, right? She sighs dramatically before taking your order because obviously, you’ve interrupted something very important on her phone. Then comes the condescending tone, the eye-roll, the slouched shoulders, and that unmistakable energy of “I hate this job and everyone in it.”
And when she asks, “hot or iced?” and you reply, “can it be a frappe?” oh, the look you’ll get. You’d think you just asked her to handcraft a cocktail on the spot. You’ll walk away not just with the wrong drink, but also with a deep sense of regret for daring to look forward to a coffee that was supposed to make your day. And that generous tip? That wasn’t for her. That was for the poor barista stuck working next to that kind of energy. That ther barista deserves hazard pay just for being on the same shift.

i know i didn’t take a better picture but this employee, her name is Michelle and she’s really the most rudest, most miserable employee there .. she made me not want to go there anymore and i’ll tell you why .. i went to starbucks around 8:50AM before work because this location is literally my favorite starbucks out of all the ones in stamford . i came in and michelle was at the register . she asked “what you want?” i asked “can i get an egg and cheese sandwich?” and she looked at me with an attitude and said “what kind of egg and cheese sandwich? look at the menu, we can’t just make you an egg and cheese sandwich” and i looked at her like why is she talking to me like that especially early in the morning ?? so i continued ordering and asked her “do you guys have chocolate milk here?” and she said “we don’t make that, we make frappes” first of all, i never said “do you guys MAKE chocolate milk here?” so i don’t know why she thought i said that .. and before i was about to purchase my order, i saw the low-fat chocolate milk drink with the straw with the other drinks and i told her “you guys do have chocolate milk here…” she said “you said shake” and i said “i never said a chocolate milk shake, i asked you if you guys have chocolate milk here?” i didn’t give her a tip because her customer service was very unprofessional and very lazy . she was looking very miserable and looked like she hated her job or something .. the other employees were fine but her, her attitude was awful, very miserable, and not ladylike . now i feel very uncomfortable going there because of her . it doesn’t feel enjoyable to go there now because of the way she spoke to me .. i would understand that it was a monday and it’s the morning but it’s not an excuse on her behavior towards customers . i truly hope the manager speaks to her and i feel like she should either change her behavior or find a new job because she doesn’t look too happy to be there . her name is Michelle at the ridgeway center starbucks stamford ct .

There is this one lady who always has an attitude and never smiles. She wears glasses and her name starts with a Y. She always looks blunt and never has a good attitude and looks like she hates this job. Jean is always nice and saying I’m his special customer, I feel so loved. Other workers here are okay, but I don’t see them that often. Thank you Jean!

Limited seating but otherwise a great Starbucks experience. Parking is available nearby - as there is none outside other than a couple of metered slots.

I was denied water by the barista bc I didn't buy anything and that was their 'new policy.' I go to Starbucks weekly and have never been deemed water. I even brought my own cup.
Nice people serving coffee

I start every morning with a mobile order at Starbucks and I’m so grateful for the great team there. Picking up my favorite drink and reading a different note on the cup every morning is the best way to start the day! Special shoutout to Tiffany and all the Starbucks crew who, no matter what’s going on in my life and the world in general, are there working hard and spreading positivity with their smiles and kind notes.
