Ordered a chai latte with some extra stuff afther paying almost 20 dollars for the drink and delivery can’t even get a full drink

I just bought my matcha green tea drink, it is supposed to be a Venti size ... Where's 1/3 of my drink Starbucks?! I understand some foam drops pretty quickly and I don't expect the drink to be filled to the brim but COME ON! This is outrageous!!!

The remodel has ruined this location. There are only a couple small tables to sit at now and they are likely taken when you get there. All the pervious seating has been taken up by an expanded bar for drink pickups and it happens to be right next to the door so if there are a lot of people waiting, then they are blocking the door.I dont want to go to a cafe that I cant sit down at and its not a drive through so not really convenient for just ordering to go either.The staff were all very nice but I likely wont go to this location again unless im desperate.

There were three staff and all ignored me. They were assisting two other customers and pretended I did not exist after they finished assisting the other two. When I finally said something they gave me nasty attitudes the two girls one black one Hispanic and made me wrong for not saying anything before. The black girl then shouted out this is Starbucks as she scoffed at me. The other guy in the store was not making anything and the black girl was simply wiping down a table. Both ignored me completely. I have never in my life had such disgusting behavior from Starbucks staff

This five star review is forKris. I don’t know if I thanked him today for his warm inviting energy. He wasProfessional and kind. He was efficient and my brown sugar shaken expresso with white mocha was absolutely delicious. I can’t believe he made my day in less than 5 minutes ! Thank you Kris ! :)

They made me a disgusting cappuccino. It was like they put a cigarette in the drink and gave it to me. If I had tasted the cappuccino right away in the place, I would have thrown it in the barista's face. They made me a disgusting cappuccino. This Starbucks is always great service however a special THANKS to Selena. She remembers my drink every time. She takes special care of each customer. She’s very dedicated. We need more people like her in the food service industry! Thank you for making a bad day into a good one!

Not sure why this Starbucks has such a low rating? They are friendly, clean and always eager to fix anything wrong. They are sooooo busy and no one is standing around. Be patient people!

Awful . Just plain awful/ don’t bother

Starbucks coffee is great! Starbucks coffee is also very expensive, because of the considerable expense I was going to stop coming to this store as often as I did.However, the staff at this store is the friendliest most welcoming staff that I have ever encountered in my life!Gene, Shirlynn, Selina, Luke, Kyle, Michelle, Yurelli, and Michelle are the names that I know and I'm sorry that I don't know them all.Starbucks, has quite literally made a lot more money off of me because of how friendly and positive the staff at this store is.I sincerely hope that the store reopens soon with the same staff.
