Most Starbucks are good, this one is most definitely NOT. As another review mentioned, I'm in the same boat where this is the only location that's along my route to work, so I don't have much choice in which location to go to. I use the app to mobile order since they are typically busy, but the "preparation time" they display is consistently 5+ minutes less than the amount of time they actually take.
