We went to this location an hour ago, and ordered a coffee drink and a black tea. The tea I was served was herbal/fruit-flavored or was made in a dirty cup or with dirty, unwashed tools. It tasted terrible and was undrinkable. I told the gentleman at the drive thru and he couldn't understand the problem and called over some other woman who then was rude and unhelpful. I would avoid this location. They are unprofessional and untrained. They offered NO REMEDY and we unconcerned that their product was badly received.

I picked up my mobile order around 10 am today (Saturday). While I had to wait longer than expected after factoring in the longer wait suggested on the app, the staff working this morning was absolutely AMAZING and deserve to be praised. They were moving quickly and very clearly overworked (at one point an employee said there were 45 drinks pending). All was done with a smile and positive attitude. In particularly, I’d like to give a shout out to one employee working on mobile orders (I believe the name started with a Y). Very pleasantly surprised this morning!!

Every single time I have gone to this Starbucks (which isn’t frequently) they always mess up my drink or give me a drink that isn’t blended or stirred correctly.
This time I came to get a drink I asked for a grande iced blonde latte with oatmilk, they gave me a hot drink so I told them kindly I ordered it iced, they made me a new one but it wasn’t what I asked for. I don’t even want to try it bc it genuinely feels like they gave me the second drink with spite. They added pumpkin to my drink, and whip cream and there is a layer of I don’t even know what at the bottom of the drink.
Very bad service I didn’t even want to go back anymore I was just very upset at that point.

Absolutely do NOT go to this location.
This is by far the worst Starbucks experience I’ve had—and I’ve visited many locations across the country.

The staff here is incredibly slow, inefficient, and borderline indifferent. They seem overly relaxed, even giggling and chatting with each other while customers are lined up waiting. At one point, something spilled or dropped, and instead of responding quickly, they just laughed it off. Mistakes happen, but there’s a time and place for joking around—and it’s not while customers are waiting and service is already dragging.

I saw a staff member struggling to complete drinks due to an issue with the faucet. Meanwhile, two other employees nearby were just standing around talking. The drinks were clearly ready—just needed lids—but they completely ignored the situation.

Sanitation was the biggest issue. Behind the coffee bar, where customers can see, there were long-standing coffee stains and grime that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. All of the fridge doors were sticky and stained, and worst of all, the store had a foul odor—possibly from the bathroom area. Totally unacceptable.

This is the only Starbucks location that has ever made me feel this uncomfortable. Poor service, lack of teamwork, zero sense of urgency, and disturbing hygiene standards. Please check on this store.

This place has improved since my last visit a year ago. If they stick to the Starbucks franchise/brand then the only variable is staffing, and of course this can vary a lot between individuals and day to day moods. Today was a good day with nice and efficient staff. So it's worth an extra star for the improvement.

I don't know what happened recently, but this location used to have fantastic service with an efficient and expedient drive through. For the last few months, there hasn't been a single time, regardless of the hour, that I've been able to order in the drive thru and finish without wasting 20-30+ minutes idling in my car, waiting for my order. I don't understand what has changed, but it's ridiculous. When you get to the window for your order? They're curt, non apologetic, and even forget parts of my order. Today was particularly frustrating because they were out of everything I wanted. I eventually ordered the horchata drink and a warmed banana loaf, and the drink was completely settled and the loaf was only still warm around the edges. Just very frustrating.

Don’t waste your time going to this place. I went and ordered 3 grande iced coffee in the drive thru and the lady took the order when I got to the window they were just standing there and then someone came just to tell me that they didn’t have coffee and if I wanted something else. Mind you this is the second time tell get my order and when I go to the window I’m told there’s no coffee. This place is trash.
