I walked in this morning as I do everyday to a smile from the staff. Knowing it’s 5:30am and the day is starting, other work needs to be done before the rush. A young man came from the back holding a dirty floor mat without gloves to put behind the counter. Once he was done he proceeded over to me and the register and asked for my order. Being is watched him, I asked him to wash his hands before he touched my food or coffee. He gave me a pretty stupid look and the young lady came over to deflect and take my order giving him the opportunity to start touching food coming out of the oven.

You have a sink right there that says for employees to wash hands….

Im sure you can pull up the cameras and see what he was doing and his lack of concern for others safety. It was 11/14/25 @ 5:30 am. Im sure it violates a major health code

I typically don’t bother to leave reviews, but my experience was really disappointing. As soon as I walked into this location, I formed the line and it took 5 minutes before the cashier, I believe his name was Carlos, acknowledged me because he was too busy talking with his coworker. When he finally got to me, he was completely uninterested in being there and was rudely mumbling the entire time. After waiting about 15 minutes for my drinks, 3 out of the 5 drinks I ordered were wrong. I didn’t bother to ask him to fix it because of how uncomfortable the environment was, I was just ready to get out of there. Unfortunately, I will no longer be returning to this location.

Very slow delivery from order (14 mins) albeit it's hard to see how they could work much faster, because the queue of mobile orders is huge and the seating area only 25% utilized.

While everyone was working hard and friendly, a simple iced coffee ordered via mobile took almost 20 minutes to arrive. At over $5 for a cold coffee, it's difficult to justify both the price and the wait time.

their queue is archaic, manager telling me why I didn't get my order for 20 minutes is that someone else had same name as me, implying thats how they thought the order was fulfilled already . what's worse than fulfilling order slower than expected is giving you stupid bs reason after messing up. seriously u can't just have a queue of orders to work on first-in-first-out REGARDLESS of customer names? a chair is smarter than that manager. this definitely explains why Starbucks is on the decline, and why robots will first replace these overpaid smiley faces

Update: it took more than 22 minutes to have a mobile order ready for 3 drinks...

Ice Americano is too dark compared to other locations. And there was only 1 barista making the drinks out of 3 when there was no one making an order. The third person was making a call or occasionally refilling the beverage tanks. The pick up area was dirty with trash. There's room for improvement.

so i go in and order my egg sandwhich and this kid “carlos” takes my order and he doesnt even put in my name for the order im waiting waiting waiting and nothing i say something to another female employee and she gets my order in the system so then she tells that kid carlos to make my sandwhich now and i see him making it and he coughed all over it and i saw spit flying and hit my bread he gave me i want him out of this location i come here everyday to get my food and drinks for my kids and this dirty kid is coughing all over my food its a disgrace and a major health violation, the kid looks like he has mouth herpies i cant come here again after that experience very unhappy.

I stopped by after work for a quick pick-me-up and a sweet treat, and Kim and Mabel absolutely made my day! Not only were they super friendly and helpful, but they were also rocking it behind the counter while keeping the place spotless. I noticed they were cleaning up, and the whole spot looked amazing—even with a bunch of people hanging out in the seating area.

Now, let me tell you about my sugar cookie adventure. I overheard them mention they had the sugar cookie flavor in stock (which I’m OBSESSED with), and I couldn’t believe it because it’s sold out everywhere else. I’d already ordered another drink and thought I was out of luck, but these two legends came through and swapped my order with ease. I even ended up getting another drink to double down on the happiness.

Kim and Mabel went above and beyond to make sure I left with a smile (and my sugar cookie masterpiece). Seriously, they deserve all the recognition—and maybe a raise too! Thank you both for turning an ordinary day into something awesome. You’re the real MVPs!

Visited yesterday to buy a cup of coffee. Waited on line while 4 people were ahead of me. Not one employee acknowledged anyone waiting, 100% ignored everyone. I understand you’re busy but just say “hello, I know you’re waiting and I’ll be right with you” or something like that. Other people on line agreed as we spoke but chalked it up to younger people with no social skills. I visit here a lot as I live near by but I need to stop visiting Starbucks and change brands of coffee.
